My wife and I moved to The Grand three months ago from Dubai Marina. Fantastic development, amazing views (especially sunsets) facing the creek and Burj, very friendly and capable staff, overall great quality. Much quieter than the Marina. The pool, pool area and gym are well done but they do not have a hot tub (whirlpool), steam room or sauna, unfortunately. If you're a tennis or badminton player like us and plan to use the courts here please note it is consistently windy (at least in the winter months) and badminton is not possible. Early morning tennis is OK but the wind picks up mid morning and becomes frustrating if you're playing competitively. The court lighting at night is not adequate for play. One other item I wanted to point out is that it is difficult to navigate to The Grand building. "The Grand" sign is tucked away in the drive-up to the building so if you miss seeing the sign and the right turn, you then have to circle back around the creek. Overall, nice accommodation for the spend.

The address Dubai Creek Harbour is amazing, so much on the premises, kids club, spa and restaurants. The pool is amazing at sunset. The staff were so welcoming. Have to say a special thank you to Chef Muhammad who made our stay priceless - we are vegan and he was able to cater to my families dietary requirements perfectly, myself and family were so grateful and really looking forward to coming back and catering for us again. Thank you all and can’t wait to get back :)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the address hotel that served excellent coffee. The coffee was a medium dark roast, with a rich flavor and aroma. The flavor was smooth and bold, with an almost nutty undertone. The crema was deep and lovely, adding to the flavor of the brew. I absolutely enjoyed this coffee, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure I experienced the best cup of coffee they could make. I highly recommend this hotel and the coffee they serve!

The hotel’s beautiful setup and the view that accompanies it is amazing. The viewing platform makes you feel like you’re floating on water (the creek) looking at a fantastic skyline. Have a drink at the lobby’s patisserie and enjoy an amazing ambiance with an a breathtaking view.
The highlight to me was everything I mentioned and to top it up, is the table top fire place.

We have 2 units here and have been living here for 6 weeks. The construction is good, it’s very quite - we sleep well. The concierges are very friendly. The podium is huge and the common areas are really good. High ceilings and spacious apartments. The gym could be better in our opinion but is adequate. I guess the lobby could be more impressive too. But overall it’s way better than expected and I think anyone would be happy to live here.
