Participei de um seminário que começou com o café da manhã. O café da manhã era medíocre. A sala reservada para o seminário era muito plana e pequena, especialmente considerando a pandemia, não era um ambiente adequado e não foi pedido a ninguém o código HEPP.

Os simpáticos funcionários e o conforto do hotel são outro. Como temos um emprego em Ancara todas as semanas durante esse período, ficamos no hotel como nossa acomodação preferida. Depois do café da manhã, que eu mais gosto, um grande felino 🐈 te saúda do lado de fora. Esperançosamente, logo eles encontrarão um lar para nosso amigo peludo. Há tudo no quarto. Eu amo esses hotéis, escova de dente com pasta de dente de fibra. Clean.friendly staff.muito bom café da manhã. Existe um pequeno ginásio. Sua única elevação é a escola na parte inferior. Se você vai acordar cedo, não tem problema, mas se quiser dormir de manhã, é um pouco difícil. Os preços do serviço de quarto são muito acessíveis, ainda mais acessíveis do que fora, mas a água é 7 TL, não é um pouco demais?

Hay de todo en la habitación. Me encantan esos hoteles, cepillo de dientes con pasta de dientes de fibra. Limpio personal amable muy buen desayuno. Hay un pequeño gimnasio. Su única elevación es la escuela en la parte inferior. Si te vas a levantar temprano, no es un problema, pero si quieres dormir por la mañana, es un poco difícil. Los precios del servicio de habitaciones son muy asequibles, incluso más asequibles que en el exterior, pero el agua cuesta 7 TL, ¿no es demasiado?

La amabilidad del personal y la comodidad del hotel son otra. Just terrible. the rooms had cockroaches sometimes, rooms were really dirty, food was bad, internet didn’t even work, AND they even tried to steal 1000 dollars from us for no reason and the staff was rude and they would hang up on the call when we called the reception. Wouldn’t recommend 0/10.

We night personnel is rude. They charged us for water 10TR. When it is actually free for guests!!! It was so bad. We took some coffee at the restaurant and was going to pay for it. But the butler turned off the coffe machine!!!I said I will pay for it. Mr. Ismail is really kind and gave us the best service. The minus is that no one can speak English. Especially the staff the works at night. It should be obligatory to attend English classes!

It's a very beautiful hotel in one of the busy parts of Ankara. The hotel is well built and the staff is very professional and most can understand English. The hotel offers a wide range of services from accomodation meals and an excellent conference service. There are many halls of different sizes which one can use to host from small business meetings to huge church gatherings. The hotel is very close to the train station and bus station making it very statically positioned. There is also a shopping mall a few hundred metres from the hotel for those who might like shopping. Not only that just close to the hotel is a line of very good restroraunts for the food lovers. Lastly there is heavy security of armed policemen just a stone throw away from the hotel so it is quite a safe place!

Good location, very nice breakfast,facilities were excellent,gym, sauna, steam room and Turkish baths, could spend a whole day in this area. Negatives were the room was not very clean, there was rubbish left in the bin from the previous guests. Also the shower area needed to be cleaned properly, actually the whole room did. 3 stars for this hotel, would have been 4 only for the cleanliness.

I had my wedding party in this hotel. All the arrangements were done perfectly. The price was good as well. The place is accessible to anyone as it is in the city center.

A conveniently located hotel with friendly staff. The spa is magnificent, I had a really good Balinese massage for 1 hour at a reasonable price. Room service served stale chips along withsucculent lamb sheesh, but it was 10:30 pm. A good breakfast for all the quest.
