O hotel é bonitinho, o quarto pequeno e o banheiro minúsculo. Se te oferecerem os quartos que ficam no andar de cima fuja, pois acredito que são inferiores aos que ficam no andar térreo. Outro problema é o café da manhã. Seja no Bonbon ou no Chocolat, tem que melhorar muito pra ficar ruim. O espaço para café do Bonbon é muito pequeno, vc tem que dar sorte senão vai esperar pra poder sentar. Já no Chocolat, é uma desorganização geral. As mesas não são limpas após a saída dos hóspedes, assim você tem que sair catando pratos, xícaras e guardanapos das outras mesas. Uma lástima para um hotel desse nível. O que se destacou positivamente foi a simpatia do staff. Mas, como experiência geral, foi decepcionante.

Hotel bom, muito bem localizado e com acesso ao hotel irmão Allure Chocolat e a vantagem de acessar o outro hotel é a piscina lindíssima no último andar. Atendimento muito atensioso por todos e o café da manhã é honesto. A única coisa que podia ser melhor é o tamanho do quarto, pois o que ficamos era muito pequeno, embora confortável e com janelas com isolamento acústico.

El hotel está situado a 2 cuadras aprox del casco histórico de Cartagena, el servicio de limpieza es rápido y eficiente. Las habitaciones son amplias, con detalles de buen gusto pero no luminosas. El baño es demasiado pequeño en proporción a las habitaciones. Un gran problema son las escaleras ya que el hotel no cuenta con otra opción para aquellos que transportamos maletas. Otro elemento deficiente es el traslado de 150 mts a otro hotel de la cadena para aquellos que contratamos el pack con desayuno incluido. Allure bombón no cuenta con piscina, gym, barra de tragos ni otros espacios de uso común. Todo ello puede disfrutarse en su otro hotel de la cadena. En síntesis, según mi. Humilde opinión es demasiado pretencioso considerando que el hotel no es económico si consideramos otros hoteles y otros mercados.

It's like a boutique hotel, only about 10 rooms all in all which makes it quaint. The bathroom comes equipped with everything you'd expect in a good hotel (bath products, shoe shine, sowing kit...) and the bed is comfy. Not too big a room but not tiny either, located right at the edge of Getsemani so you get the evening vibes yet are in walking distance to the old city. Across the street is a food truck circle which seems to be permanent, and open at night for some chilled vibes on the waterfront. The staff as we arrived was pleasant and helpful. There's a small lounge area near the reception where you can wait at as needed. Downsides: No food or pool on the property, just the hotel rooms. You have access to the restaurant (20% discount) and pool, but these are at their sister hotel further down/up the street, so not super convenient but there. Not too much food stuff right nearby, so you'll have to be okay with walking into the old city or a bit more into Getsemani itself. I wouldn't recommend this place for those who have mobility issues as there are stairs to get in, and stairs to the rooms (which feel a bit unstable though nothing happened). I wouldn't go if you're looking to have a view either :)

Came back to the hotel and reception had been having a fire. Had to pick up my luggage whilst the corridors were full of smoke and there were fire fighters still in the building. The receptionist told me I could go to their sister hotel 5 blocks away. No explanation no apologies from management ... Staying away from this chain as their management are clearly neglecting safety and common decency.
