Temos um quarto Deluxe em vez do quarto standard que reservamos. Estamos muito felizes com isso. O quarto é grande. Tem uma casa de banho separada e área de ferro. Possui varanda e cama confortável. Embora o café da manhã esteja incluído, eles oferecem apenas um menu que é o café da manhã americano (ovos, pão torrado, linguiça e banana). É um bom lugar para relaxar, na verdade. Mesmo assim, tive uma experiência ruim com a gestão. Eu tive meu período durante as minhas férias e foi realmente uma pena que eu tinha uma mancha de sangue nos lençóis da cama. No início, decidimos reservar outra noite porque achamos o quarto muito bom, mas quando perguntamos o que podemos fazer ou o que eles podem oferecer .. nada. Então, quando estávamos prestes a fazer o check-out e pedir ao motorista para nos levar ao nosso novo lugar, eles verificaram o quarto e a equipe chamou seu chefe. O Lady Boss conversou com meu namorado e disse que precisamos pagar 200baht pelo lençol manchado! Aí, conversei com ela e disse que não estava estragado, e pode ser retirado lavando-o. E o que me deixa louco é ... ela me disse que eles não podem usar o lençol e precisam ser vendidos para o cliente. Então eu respondi, eu posso lavar o lençol sozinha. E o chefe estava tipo ... ok, você pode fazer isso. Já imaginou que em vez de férias eu preciso lavar o lençol que está incluso no preço que pagamos pelo serviço ?? !!

Conseguimos una habitación Deluxe en lugar de la habitación estándar que reservamos. Estamos muy contentos por eso. La habitacion es grande. Disponen de baño independiente y zona de plancha. Tiene balcón y cama cómoda. Aunque el desayuno está incluido, solo ofrecieron un menú que es el desayuno americano (huevos, pan tostado, salchicha y plátano). De hecho, es un buen lugar para relajarse. Sin embargo, tuve una mala experiencia con la gestión. Tuve mi período durante mis vacaciones y fue realmente malo que tuviera una mancha de sangre en las sábanas. Al principio, decidimos reservar otra noche ya que encontramos la habitación muy bonita pero cuando preguntamos qué podemos hacer o qué pueden ofrecer ... nada. Entonces, cuando estamos a punto de registrarnos y pedirle al conductor que nos lleve a nuestro nuevo lugar, revisaron la habitación y el personal llamó a su jefe. Lady Boss habló con mi novio y le dijo que teníamos que pagar 200 baht por la sábana manchada. Luego, hablé con ella y le dije que no estaba dañado y que se puede quitar lavándolo. Y lo que me enoja es que ... me dijo que no pueden usar la sábana y que deben venderla al cliente. Así que le respondí, puedo lavar la sábana yo mismo. A really nice place for a holiday...especially if you want a break from the noisy cbd!! Would definitely go there again I really like it soooo much especially the friendly staff! The price is really cheap too. Really satisfied with the room and services!

We got a Deluxe room instead of the standard room which we booked. We're very happy about it. The room is big. Have a separate bathroom and iron area. Has a balcony and comfortable bed. Though breakfast is included, they only offered one menu which is American Breakfast (eggs, toasted bread, sausage and banana). It's a good place to relax actually. But nevertheless, I had a bad experience about the management. I had my period during my vacation and it was really a bad that my I had a blood stain on the bed sheets.
At first, we decided to book another night as we find the room very nice but when we ask like what we can do or what they can offer.. nothing. So, when we're about to check out and ask the driver to drive us to our new place, they checked the room and the staff called to her Boss.
The Lady Boss talked to my boyfriend and told that we need to pay 200baht for the stained bedsheet!! Then, I talked to her and said that it was not damaged, and can be remove by washing it. And what makes me mad is.. she told me that they cannot use the bedsheet and needs to be sell to the customer. So I answered her, I can wash the bedsheet my self. And the boss was like.. okay you can do that. Can you imagine that instead of having my vacation I need to wash the bedsheet which is included to the price we paid for yhe service??!!
