O hotel é muito decepcionante. Na internet parece lindo, na verdade menos bom do que um albergue. Embora famoso como cinco estrelas, mas não. Eu classificaria mais de duas estrelas. As camas são voltadas para o rosto, não há iluminação ao lado da cama, a iluminação geral é muito fraca. Todos os acessórios são mínimos, não há nem um lenço de papel na sala. The hotel is very disappointing. On the internet it looks beautiful, in reality less good than a hostel. Although famous as five stars but not. I would rank more than two stars. Our stay in the hotel was absolutely fantastic starting from how responsive, friendly and helpful all the staff were, from reception to housekeeping. Everyone was cheerful and ready to go the extra mile to assist and give unconditionally. Their recommendations and arrangements were golden and added tremendous value to our trip to Baku. The hotel itself was very well maintained, rooms were clean and comfortable and any request we had was fully met. Breakfast was fresh and a sufficient selection.
English was well spoken among staff so communication was really easy and helped in understanding the country and planning our days better.
We made good use of the spa facilities as well during our stay, all in all was great.
Location wise was very convenient close to the groceries, pharmacies, coffee places, restaurants and fresh fruit!
We were visiting Baku not for the first time and everyone was very comfortable in the hotel and very happy with the holiday overall thanks to all the efforts of the amazing team at Arion Hotel Baku. You highlighted our trip and made it unforgettable!
