Ficamos por um total de 8 dias e fomos inicialmente colocados em uma sala onde a água quente e a pia da cozinha não estavam funcionando e fomos informados por uma mulher ruiva para esperar até o dia seguinte para que alguém o consertasse em vez de ser desligado quarto porque já tínhamos “sujado o quarto” quando tudo o que tínhamos feito era trazer água da pia do banheiro para a pia da cozinha para lavar a pia, depois de insistir em ser movido, finalmente fui transferido para outro quarto. Durante toda a minha estadia, tive que pedir constantemente papel higiênico à mulher ruiva, porque eles não permitiam que você levasse mais de um quando todos os outros trabalhadores eram legais o suficiente para me dar mais de um. Nunca tinha ficado em um lugar mais mesquinho.

Stayed for a total of 8 days and we were initially put in a room where the hot water and kitchen sink were not working and were told by a woman with red hair to wait till next day to have someone fix it instead of being switched out of room because we had already “dirtied the room” when all we had done was bring water from the bathroom sink to the kitchen sink to wash the sink down, after persisting on being moved I was finally switched to another room. Throughout my stay I had to constantly ask the woman with red hair for toilet paper because they would not allow you to take more than one when every other worker was nice enough to give me more than one. Never had stayed at a more stingy place.

Minha esposa e eu se hospedado por uma noite, na chegada eles deram us 2 finos cobertores e 2 toalhas além de artigos de toalete; assistimos a um concerto perto do hotel, chegámos de madrugada e com muito frio, por isso pedimos mais 2 cobertores e disseram-nos que "não podiam", que só nos podiam emprestar um porque senão "entrariam problema", pois então eles só nos emprestaram um cobertor extra. As cortinas são brancas e isso faz com que a luz do sol entre no quarto muito cedo, por isso não conseguimos descansar bem, isso sem levar em conta o barulho TÃO EXCESSIVO que se sentia das portas e do andar de cima. Esperamos que possam melhorá-lo, pois nestas condições é impossível descansar no hotel.

Mi esposa y yo estuvimos hospedados una noche, al llegar nos entregaron 2 cobijas delagadas y 2 toallas mas los implementos de aseo; asistimos a un concierto cerca del hotel,llegamos en la madrugada y con mucho frio, por tal motivo solicitamos 2 cobijas másy nos dijeron que "no podían", que solo podían prestarnos una porque de lo contrario se "meterían en problemas", por lo tanto solo nos prestaron una cobija de más. Las cortinas son blancas y esto hace que la luz del sol entre muy temprano a la habitación, por lo tanto no pudimos descansar bien, esto sin contar con el ruido TAN EXCESIVO que se sentia de las puertas y del piso de arriba. Esperamos que lo puedan mejorar, porque bajo esas condicines es imposible descansar en el hotel.

My wife and I stayed for one night, upon arrival they gave us 2 thin blankets and 2 towels plus the toiletries; we attended a concert near the hotel, we arrived at dawn and very cold, for this reason we requested 2 more blankets and they told us that "they couldn't", that they could only lend us one because otherwise they would "get into trouble", for So they only lent us one extra blanket. The curtains are white and this makes the sunlight enter the room very early, therefore we could not rest well, this without taking into account the SO EXCESSIVE noise that was felt from the doors and from the floor above. We hope they can improve it, because under these conditions it is impossible to rest in the hotel.

Preços baixos, mas o barulho no hotel é alto, por causa das portas de metal, devem mantê-las lubrificadas para não fazer tanto barulho, e também avisar aos moradores para não baterem as portas ou falarem tão alto

Precios bajos pero el ruido en el hotel es fuerte, debido a las puertas metálicas, deberían mantenerlas lubricadas para que no suenen tanto, y también decirle a los residentes que no azoten las puertas ni hablen tan duro
