Ficamos em um quarto familiar. O quarto era espaçoso, muito agradável e muito limpo! em pleno período de covid é inadmissível encontrar sangue no vaso sanitário assim como na fronha e nos lençóis da cama, chegaram no meio da noite então sem nenhum serviço noturno não pudemos trocar de quarto, informamos no manhã no café da manhã. As regras básicas de higiene também não foram respeitadas no café da manhã, mesas não limpas, bandeja de serviço limitada e acima de tudo uma grande lixeira cheia ao lado do balcão, um exame de saúde parece essencial neste hotel

Nós éramos 4. O quarto era pequeno, mas bem projetado. As crianças tinham um beliche muito bem. Tivemos uma cama queen muito confortável. O banheiro também era bom. O café da manhã era farto. Houve uma escolha e foi muito bom.

Ficamos 1 noite com a família nesta rede hoteleira porque os quartos familiares são sempre muito confortáveis. Roupa de cama confortável, banheiro amplo e impecavelmente limpo. Café da manhã muito bom.Fomos obrigados a ligar para o serviço de assistência quando chegamos por volta das 11h porque faltava um lençol para uma das camas das crianças, mas não tivemos retorno. Ele, portanto, dormiu no lençol... Também informamos a recepção disso pela manhã... Eles notaram e pediram desculpas... Nada mais... Serviço de assistência inexistente, muito ruim!

Very nice hotel fot the paid price. However, the bed was not soft, very hard in deed and it was dificult to sleep because of that. The pillows were not adequate, also. It should have another type for the client to choose. GReat breakfast for the price paid and nice staff! To return!

Although the room was small it didn't matter to us as it was just a place to sleep. We spent most days out of the hotel at Puy du Fou which is just a 15 minute drive away. The hotel was clean and our beds were made every day and the towels were also changed every day. The staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast was a great start to the day with a selection catering for everyone.

Lo mejor, el personal del Hotel. Siempre amables,Nos ayudaron mucho enlo que necesitamos durante la estancia. En general todo el personal muy bien, pero en especialel señor que está en recepción.El cuarto de baño pequeño, peromuy limpio.El desayunomuyadecuado y variado para la relación calidad-precio. El café muy rico, y los croisants deliciosos. Tambien había cereales para los niños, zumos, pan de distintos tipos, mantequilla, mermelada, nutella... Habitacionespequeñas pero silenciosas. Muy cercano a Les Herbers y a Puy du Fou, lo que le hace estar en una zona muy estratégica para pasarlo bien y encontrar excelentes restaurantes cercanos. En general, tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendable.

we arrived when the reception eas closed and didn't know how to get the code to get in/ themanager / worker came and he opened the front desk specially for me to do the check in ! excellent service !! and very kind that he reopened the reception when he was on the way home . Room was perfect according to the price we paid/ Very clean ! the onlyminus was the first night that the elevator was out of work and I arrived with a sleeping child and needed to go up 4 floors by the escalator/ but I understand thas this kind of things can happen / the day after the elevator was working perfectly/ Of course will recommend the hotel and in the future will check for the other branches around the globe :)

My husband and I were at the B&B Hotel LES HERBIERS 3 nights - 09/06/19 - 09/09/19.
The description of the hotel indicates the air conditioners in the rooms. They do not work. At the reception and in the room there is an announcement without a date (!) That this is a temporary problem and the hotel is working hard to solve it. We were 3 nights and the air conditioners were not repaired. On the first evening we went to the receptionist and asked - she said that the technical services did not work on weekends! It's a lie ! In hotels there should be a duty technician or the ability to call him 7 days a week 24 hours a day. It’s just that the hotel saves on electricity and deceives customers by advertising disconnected air conditioners. For us, air conditioning was important. Despite the previously sent request to provide a quiet room, we got a room with a parking window. Late there cars and buses arrived there and also left early in the morning. It was noisy. A road passes nearby and cars and motorbikes drive through it all night. With an ajar window, it was impossible to sleep! With the window closed, without air conditioning, it was stuffy and there was no air in the room. The hotel saves on towels. On the first day for 2 people there was 1 towel. But the worst thing was on the 3rd day. We returned from the park at 11 am and there was not a single towel in our room - not big, not small! We did not have the opportunity to take a shower! For most of the day the hotel has no employees and no one to turn to! 2 employees at the reception during their work hours did not know much English and only smiled! It seems that the administration specifically keeps such employees so that tourists who do not know the French language can not ask or complain! Disgusting service! We travel a lot to different countries - but we have never seen such disgrace anywhere. We paid 128 euros per night at the end of the week. The hotel raises the price more than 2 times on the days when evening shows are held in the park. And turns off the air conditioners ! Disgrace!

Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel. Very clean, everything in like new condition. The staff was very helpful. Be aware that if you want to check in early, you will need to call in the morning before 11:00 and get a code. The hotel reception is not open in the afternoon until 5:00. They do not provide hair dryers. The breakfast was very good.
