Kim na frente foi super agradável e acolhedora. Mas deixe-me falar sobre o chuveiro. Excelente pressão e temperatura, e o chuveiro parecia uma massagem. As toalhas eram grandes e fofas. A cama tão confortável e as cadeiras também. Recomendo ficar aqui, quarto 101.

Kim en el frente fue súper agradable y complaciente. Pero déjame contarte sobre la ducha. Excelente presión y temperatura, y la alcachofa de la ducha era como un masaje. Las toallas eran grandes y esponjosas. La cama muy cómoda y las sillas también. Recomiendo alojarse aquí, habitación 101.

Kim at the front was super nice and accommodating. But let me tell you about the shower. Excellent pressure and temp, and the shower head was like a massage. The towels were fluffy and big. The bed so comfy and the chairs also. Recommend staying here, room 101.

This place was alright but me and my roommates we turned on the ac because it was so hot. and we went to bed we all woke up in the middle of the night and we noticed is got really really hot to the point we couldn't breathe. We got up and for some reason the ac heated up the room to 72!
But in other words the shampoo and body wash were pretty good but the conditioner got clogged but thats nobody's fault. The dinners were set up perfectly for the event I was attending for the set up I'll give a 4 not five because they had to use the meeting chairs for dinner and a few of them had food on the seats.
And a 2 foor the room you know why.
And last an over all score of 4.
Overall it's a nice place to stay but just don't stay in an outside room.

I am so upset with Best Western. I have been a loyal client for years. We have stayed in the Best Western in Loveland, CO almost every month for the last year. On October 1st we made reservations for Christmas so we can go up and have a Christmas in a room the boys love. My fiancé’s son lives in Loveland so we were going out there and renting the large room for the weekend to spend Christmas together. We booked flights, booked hotel, arranged family affairs, etc. 1 week out we were told they canceled our reservation not because of COVID but because a big company bought all the rooms “and they couldn’t pass it up”. I get it but also... A WEEK before Christmas!! Absolutely no loyalty to clients that have been loyal to you!! Our 2 boys have been so excited and now I get to break the news to them. Not only that but other places we would choose to stay are also now sold out. We have come to the conclusion that the entire trip has to be changed... days before we were going to leave. Needless to say I am not happy. I would say you just lost a client but obviously you don’t care if you lose me as a client. Unless I can rent out an entire hotel I’m obviously not important to you. A great way to end 2020 Best Western!

Este era um bom lugar para ficar. Tudo estava limpo e bem conservado. A instalação está configurada para eventos. Eles tinham uma área para cães nos fundos, bem como uma área de gramado geral com um pavilhão e uma piscina. Há um posto de gasolina imediatamente ao lado do hotel. Vindo da I-25, você tem uma inversão de marcha para entrar no hotel. Se você quiser sair do hotel e seguir para Loveland ou o parque Estes, você deve sair e fazer uma inversão de marcha. Nenhum dos casos foi um grande problema, pois há áreas para isso. Existem várias entradas para o hotel que podem ser usadas, dependendo de qual quarto você está atribuído.

This was a good place to stay. Everything was clean and well kept. The facility is set up for events. They had a dog area out back as well as a general lawn area with a pavilion, and a pool. There is a gas station immediately adjacent to the hotel. Coming from I-25 you do have make a u-turn to get into the hotel. If you want leave the hotel andgo on into Loveland proper or Estes park you have to go out and make a u-turn. Neither case was a big issue as there are areas to do that. There are multiple entrances to the hotel that can be used depending on which room you are assigned.

Este fue un buen lugar para alojarse. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. La instalación está configurada para eventos. Tenían un área para perros atrás, así como un área de césped general con un pabellón y una piscina. Hay una estación de servicio inmediatamente adyacente al hotel. Viniendo de la I-25 tienes que hacer un cambio de sentido para entrar al hotel. Si desea salir del hotel y seguir hacia Loveland propiamente dicho o hacia el parque Estes, debe salir y hacer un cambio de sentido. Ninguno de los casos fue un gran problema ya que hay áreas para hacerlo. Hay varias entradas al hotel que se pueden usar según la habitación que se le asigne.

Limpo, bom café da manhã, mas travesseiros são duros como uma pedra. Então eu não dormi bem. Usei um travesseiro decorativo, mas isso também não ajudou. Nice staff. Se eles ficarem melhores travesseiros eu daria 5 estrelas.

Clean, good breakfast but pillows are hard as a rock.So I did not sleep well.I used a decorative pillow but that didn't help either.Nice staff.If they get better pillows I would give it 5 stars.

Limpio, buen desayuno pero las almohadas son duras como una roca. Entonces no dormí bien. Usé una almohada decorativa pero eso tampoco ayudó. Buen personal Si consiguen mejores almohadas, le daría 5 estrellas.
