The hotel was quiet and very clean. There were more than enough towels and washcloths along with other bathroom supplies. The linens were clean, pillows were soft, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and i felt very welcome. They should offer a better breakfast. A small bottle of water, granola bar, apple, and a danish in a sack really seemed low quality. They should offer something hot like a breakfast sandwich or hot cereal. A restaurant can bag up hot food why not a hotel.

The hotel was clean enough l, but very small room We arrived and our TV did not work. We called multiple times and they were not helpful nor ever called back and never offered to change our room or come up and make our TV work. We were very frustrated and unhappy sitting in a tiny room with no TV!

Room was very clean, location was OK. I had no Internet in my room for the entire stay, had to use mobile data. When I reported it to the desk, no one knew anything about the Internet. Said they could give me numbers for support.

Staff was pleasant Room was dirty and had a spider Webb growing in the A/C unit. The gap under the door allowed too much light to come into the room. Had to use a blanket to cover the gap.

I arrived late at night and the front desk staff greeted me by name and said they had been waiting for me. That was nice. The room itself was, okay, nothing special. The hotel had been advertised as pet friendly, but they were not pet friendly.

Excellent Staff, location and rooms are exactly like pictures- :) Breakfast bar was also excellent.. after an awful experience the previous night in Utah - I can not rave enough about the stay here.. Definitely worth your money !! EXCELLENT stay !!! No - it was wonderful!!

Lovely staff at the desk and breakfast room, breakfast was nicely done, and it is close to the airport but not so close that you hear takeoffs all night. Cleanliness in the room was sorely lacking. As my 11th night of travel I just didn't have the energy to make a fuss, and that's what I told the gal at the desk. Clogged sink drain, hair on the bathroom floor, etc.
