Featuring spacious apartments with free WiFi and air conditioning Duschel Apartments Wien-Hauptbahnhof is just 500 metres from Vienna's Main Train Station. Limited private parking is available on site. The apartments offer a flat-screen satellite TV. Some units feature a seating area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven. A microwave and coffee machine are also featured. There is a private bathroom with a hairdryer in each unit. Towels and bed linen are available. The Keplerplatz Underground Station (line U1) is only a 2-minute walk away and provides direct connections to the city centre (3 stops away).

Nós éramos 10 pessoas que passam 10 dias em 3 apartamentos. Este foi um momento maravilhoso. Os apartamentos são enormes e muito bem equipados: cozinha com forno e lava-louças, banheiro com tubo e máquina de lavar. Secador de ar, ferro, torradeira ... tudo está incluído. Eles também fornecem toalhas, lençóis, papel higiênico e camas já estão feitas na chegada! Os apartamentos são climatizados e idealmente localizados perto de estações de trem e metrô e com muitas facilidades nas proximidades (bares, restaurantes e todos os tipos de lojas). Você ainda tem um spar abrindo diariamente das 7:30 às 23:00 no hauptbahnhof. A cama principal é muito grande e confortável. No entanto, o sofá é bem pequeno. Então, isso é muito bom para até 3 pessoas em cada apartamento, mas um pouco difícil de ser 4 pessoas dormindo. Também não se esqueça de levar uma máscara de dormir no verão, pois não há persianas nas janelas. Por último, mas não menos importante: o nosso anfitrião foi muito gentil e prestativo!

Eu fiquei em um apartamento de um quarto por 4 noites. Eu me diverti muito aqui. O apartamento é limpo com basicamente todas as comodidades que eu preciso para uma curta viagem. Há uma pequena cozinha aberta (um forno incluído) onde eu cozinhei macarrão no café da manhã. Eu usei a máquina de lavar roupa dentro do banheiro (sabão em pó fornecido) diariamente para fazer a minha roupa. A sacada é ótima. Eu não poderia apenas pendurar minhas roupas lá, mas também aproveitar meu café da manhã lá de manhã cedo. A localização do apartamento é muito boa. É muito perto da estação Keplerplatz na linha U1 do metrô, que fica a apenas algumas estações das principais atrações turísticas de Viena. Existem também muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. Todos em todos os, este é um ótimo lugar para ficar.

Nós se hospedaram no Duschel Apartamento Top 35 perto da estação ferroviária principal de Viena em junho e o apartamento foi perfeita. Eu não recomendo devido às formigas na cozinha. Relatamos um problema infelizmente, foi-nos dito que a culpa foi nossa, porque tínhamos deixado a comida. Outro problema foi com a porta que se abriu sozinha, ninguém nos informou por que isso aconteceu, então tivemos que ligar e perguntar por nós mesmos. Eu acredito que este é um comportamento não profissional. Uma mensagem seria o suficiente para sentir segurança. Não o recomendo devido ao serviço pouco profissional. Relatamos um problema com formigas. O pessoal visitou o apartamento durante a nossa ausência (sem nos informar de forma alguma). Ficamos sabendo por acaso, quando ao anoitecer a porta se abriu com o código que se abriu sozinho. Por razões de segurança, ligamos para relatar o incidente e descobrimos que eles haviam redefinido o código em outro apartamento e nos abriram acidentalmente. Em nossa opinião, devemos pelo menos nos informar sobre o WhatsApp para não nos preocuparmos - pedimos desculpas quando ligamos para nós mesmos. Aliás, perguntamos se eles tinham visto nosso recado sobre formigas, obtivemos informações que eles viram e que a equipe de limpeza estava conosco (na nossa ausência), mas deixamos a comida na cozinha, por isso tem formigas - em uma palavra, CHOQUE. Não acho que as formigas pretendam sobreviver com essa abordagem. Considerando as inúmeras vantagens deste apartamento, o problema das formigas infelizmente requer tal avaliação, o que é uma pena.

No lo recomiendo debido a las hormigas en la cocina. Reportamos un problema lamentablemente nos dijeron que era culpa nuestra porque habíamos dejado la comida. Otro problema fue con la puerta que se abrió sola, nadie nos informó por qué sucedió esto, así que tuvimos que llamar y preguntar por nosotros mismos. Creo que este es un comportamiento poco profesional. Un mensaje bastaría para sentirse seguro. No lo recomiendo debido a un servicio poco profesional. Informamos de un problema con las hormigas. El personal visitó el apartamento mientras estábamos fuera (sin siquiera informarnos de ello de ninguna manera). Lo supimos por accidente, cuando por la noche la puerta se abrió y el código se abrió por sí mismo. Por razones de seguridad, llamamos para informar del incidente y descubrimos que habían restablecido el código en otro apartamento y nos habían abierto accidentalmente. En nuestra opinión, al menos deberíamos obtener información en WhatsApp para no tener que preocuparnos, nos disculpamos cuando nos llamamos a nosotros mismos. Por cierto, preguntamos si habían visto nuestro mensaje sobre las hormigas, obtuvimos información que habían visto y que el equipo de limpieza estaba con nosotros (en nuestra ausencia), pero dejamos la comida en la cocina, por eso hay hormigas. - en una palabra, SHOCK. No creo que las hormigas tengan la intención de arreglárselas con este enfoque. Teniendo en cuenta las muchas ventajas de este apartamento, el problema de las hormigas lamentablemente requiere tal evaluación, lo cual es una lástima.

A acomodação é muito boa em geral; confortável, moderno, localizado muito perto da estação ferroviária, espaçoso.Apesar disso, há três pontos a serem destacados como negativos, os quais não levamos em consideração para a pontuação (se os considerássemos, a pontuação seria 2/5): - Limpeza: à primeira vista parece que o apartamento está limpo, mas há muita poeira acumulada no chão e nos móveis. - Secador de cabelo: não funciona bem, não sopra ar quente e isso com as temperaturas outono-inverno de Viena é uma desvantagem ... - Serviço: lidar com os proprietários não é agradável. Por exemplo, dois dias antes da nossa chegada, entramos em contato com eles para solicitar o check-in. A resposta que recebemos foi que simplesmente aguardaríamos até o dia da inscrição, quando nos enviariam um e-mail explicativo. Entendemos que por motivos de segurança não puderam nos fornecer detalhes sobre a entrada, mas a resposta não foi agradável e esperávamos que ao menos nos dessem uma breve explicação sobre a operação para servir de guia até a chegada.

El alojamiento está muy bien en general; cómodo, moderno, situado muy cerca de la estación de trenes, amplia.A pesar de ello, hay tres puntos a destacar como negativos, que no hemos tenido en cuenta para la puntuación (si los considerásemos, la puntuación sería un 2/5): - Limpieza: a simple vista parece que el apartamento está limpio, pero en el suelo y muebles hay cantidad de polvo acumulado. - Secador de pelo: no funciona correctamente, no echa aire caliente y esto con las temperaturas de otoño-invierno de Viena es un inconveniente… - Servicio: el trato con los dueños no es agradable. Por ejemplo, dos días antes de nuestra llegada nos pusimos en contacto con ellos para preguntar por el check-in. La respuesta que recibimos fue que simplemente esperásemos al día de entrada, cuando nos enviarían un email explicativo. Entendemos que por seguridad no nos pudieran proporcionar detalles sobre la entrada, pero la respuesta no fue nada agradable y esperábamos al menos que nos pudiesen dar una breve explicación sobre el funcionamiento para servirnos de guía hasta la llegada.

Nos alojamos en Duschel Apartment Top 35 cerca de la estación principal de trenes de Viena en junio y el apartamento era simplemente perfecto. We Stayed at Duschel Apartment Top 35 near Vienna main railway station in June and the apartment was just perfect. It was clean, had kitchen with all the amneties, washing machine and also detergent for washing clothes. The self check in was also very smooth with all the details sent through whats app. The apartment was also close the the metro station , where in reaching the centre of Vienna was super easy. Me alojé en un apartamento de una habitación por 4 noches. Me lo pasé muy bien aquí. El apartamento está limpio con básicamente todas las comodidades que necesito para un viaje corto. Hay una pequeña cocina abierta (un horno incluido) donde cociné fideos para el desayuno. Utilicé la lavadora dentro del baño (con detergente en polvo siempre) para lavar la ropa. El balcón es genial. No solo podía colgar mi ropa allí, sino también disfrutar de mi desayuno allí temprano en la mañana. La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena. Está muy cerca de la estación Keplerplatz en la línea U1 del metro, que se encuentra a pocas estaciones de las principales atracciones turísticas de Viena. También hay muchos restaurantes cerca. En general, este es un buen lugar para quedarse.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 4 nights. I had a good time here. The apartment is clean with basically all amenities that I need for a short trip. There's a small open kitchen (an oven included) where I cooked noodles for breakfast. I used the washing machine inside the bathroom (washing powder provided) daily to do my laundry. The balcony is great. I could not only hang my clothes there, but also enjoy my breakfast there early in the morning. The location of the apartment is very good. It's very close to the Keplerplatz station on the U1 line of the metro, which is just a few stations away from the major tourist attractions of Vienna. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. All in all, this is a nice place to stay at.

We had a pleasant stay. But we received a nasty email from the owner when we got back home accusing our kids of writing all over the walls which we absolutely did not do. We did not even bring any crayons with. The pictures/video they sent show long curved lines done in one stroke which cannot be done by a toddler. And done on the wall where we placed the clothes drying rack so couldn't have reached there. And it's something that can easily be repaired. We even vaccumed the floors, cleaned the sink, washed the dishes, emptied the garbage and segregated it before we left... I'm still 💔💔💔 and so distressed.

Estuvimos 10 personas pasando 10 días en 3 apartamentos. Este ha sido un tiempo maravilloso. Los apartamentos son enormes y están muy bien equipados: una cocina con horno y lavavajillas, un baño con un tubo y una lavadora. Secador de aire, plancha, tostadora ... todo está incluido. También proporcionan toallas, ropa de cama, papel higiénico y camas ya hechas a la llegada! Los apartamentos tienen aire acondicionado y están idealmente situados cerca de las estaciones de tren y metro y con muchas instalaciones en las inmediaciones (bares, restaurantes y todo tipo de tiendas). Incluso tiene un mástil que abre todos los días de 7:30 a 23:00 en la Hauptbahnhof. La cama principal es muy grande y cómoda. Sin embargo, el sofá es bastante pequeño. Por lo tanto, esto es realmente bueno para un máximo de 3 personas en cada apartamento, pero es un poco difícil tener 4 personas durmiendo. Además, no olvide llevar una máscara para dormir en verano, ya que no hay persianas en las ventanas. Por último, pero no menos importante: nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable y servicial.

We were 10 people spending 10 days in 3 apartments. This has been a wonderful time. Apartments are huge and very well equipped: a kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a bathroom with a tube and washing machine. Air dryer, iron, toaster... everything is included. They also provide towels, linen, toilet paper and beds are already done at arrival! The apartments are air conditioned and ideally located near train and subway stations and with lots of facilities in the vicinity (bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops). You even have a spar opening daily from 7:30 to 23:00 in the hauptbahnhof. Main bed is very large and comfortable. However, the sofa is quite small. So, this is really fine for up to 3 people in each apartments, but a bit difficult to be 4 people sleeping. Also do not forget to take a sleeping mask in summer as there are no shutters on the windows. Last but not least: our host was very kind and helpful!
