Lodge was constructed in 2004. Lodge was completely renovated in 2013. The property consists of 5 rooms. The property consists of 5 double rooms, 1 family suite, four self catering units, self catering guests are welcome to join us at the lodge for any meal and activity, The front desk offers 24-hour reception. The Lodge provides a safe for guests to store valuable items. There is a beautiful garden for guest enjoyment. There is a delightful terrace where guests may relax and enjoy the warm sunshine. There is mobile phone and wifi coverage at the Lodge. Guests can enjoy access to the internet to stay connected to work or home. Guests may indulge in room service. There is a laundry service. Guests can make use of the medical service in case of illness. The on-site car park may be useful to those arriving by car. Check-out is at 11:30. For parents' convenience, the Lodge offers a babysitting service on request. The Lodge provides guests with a secure parking area. Pets are allowed on the premises. Large pets are allowed on the premises. It is important that all guests who book contact the hotel and provide us with their email address, so we can provide additional information. Forest Creek nestles in a gorge of the Steenkampsburg Mountains, which is the end of the Drakensberg Mountain range. Set in a Private Nature reserve of the Mpumalanga escarpment. The gorge is softened only by a blanket of shrubs and trees which have grown in this malaria-free zone over millennia. It is only when one gets to the gate of Forest Creek Lodge that the rock-strewn grassland is left behind, one climbs up, and up, and enter this little enchanted world. This winter come and enjoy some good food and wine snuggled in front of our log Fireplaces, and go home feeling indulged.
