A equipe do hotel foi excelente e até mesmo dada por um melhor preço que foi listado. Os quartos eram extremamente limpos. A cama, travesseiros e cobertores eram tão confortável. Eu tenho muito altos padrões de chuveiro e este chuveiro era extremamente limpo e tinha grande pressão da água. E o café-da-manhã continental foi delicioso. Checkout ao meio-dia foi conveniente também!

Este lugar foi perfeito para a minha estadia! O prédio é um pouco mais velho, mas os quartos são limpos e a equipe é super prestativa! Outra crítica menciona que não há piscina ... e não há escadas; ambas as afirmações não são verdadeiras. Há uma bela piscina descoberta, pequena, mas agradável. Há duas escadas, mas elas não ficam ao lado dos elevadores, você precisa procurar um pouco para encontrá-las. Lavanderia está disponível, máquinas de gelo em todos os andares e uma grande configuração de sala.O café da manhã era meu favorito. Para um café da manhã com tudo incluído, foi de alto nível! Muito melhor do que um "pequeno-almoço continental" que tive em muitos hotéis. Há uma boa variedade de alimentos para o café da manhã e a equipe do jantar é gentil e eficiente. Eu gostava da variedade de cafés, e a comida quente do café da manhã era bem-vinda.Estou familiarizado com a área de Lakewood, e estar perto do 285 e de restaurantes e do Walmart é sempre bom quando se viaja.Lugar altamente recomendado! Excelente localização para um show Red Rocks. Impressionante vista das montanhas a oeste. Cama confortável e travesseiros. Pequeno-almoço excepcional espalhar incluído fazer seus próprios waffles, salsicha, batatas, ovos, barra de cereais, frutas, estação de pastelaria, bar aveia. O serviço foi ótimo, como sempre. Segunda vez para ficar aqui este mês. Vai voltar a este local.

O hotel é um pouco datado, mas limpo. Estou feliz com limpo. A equipe era atenciosa e extremamente amigável. O quarto foi confortável e foi perfeito para uma semana estadia em um frigobar e forno de microondas. Então, quando tentei ligar para o número listado de Fairfield, desconectei-me 5 vezes! Eu não sei se eu estava travando ou se o serviço do seu serviço estava funcionando mal. Eu finalmente cancelei e passei pela dificuldade de reservar em outro lugar e ter que pagar mais por ser de última hora! Nunca fui tratado tão mal em minha vida por uma empresa antes. Aqui está o e-mail mostrando que o gerente sabe que está fechado há um tempo tentando mudar de marca. Eles não só quase arruinaram nosso fim de semana, como também me fizeram perder dinheiro no processo, com pouca ou nenhuma ajuda. Eu entendo que não é ideal que essas coisas aconteçam como um negócio, mas por ter conhecimento e não lidar com o assunto em tempo hábil e deixar seu cliente sofrer por suas consequências é muito pouco profissional! Muy decepcionado por lo poco profesional que este administrador de la propiedad y la compañía manejaron esta ubicación. ¡Sabían por un tiempo que habían estado cerrados y no se proyectaba que abrieran hasta abril! Recibí una notificación 3 DÍAS de mi reserva que ya no podían atender. Reservé todo el camino de regreso en mayo o junio. Luego, cuando traté de llamar al gerente, ella no estaba disponible. Luego, cuando intenté llamar al número de Fairfield que aparece en la lista, ¡me desconecté 5 veces! No sé si me estaba quedando colgado o mal servicio en el que se está ejecutando su servicio. ¡Finalmente cancelé y pasé por el problema de reservar en otro lugar y tener que pagar más porque era de último minuto! Nunca antes en mi vida me había tratado tan mal una empresa. Aquí está el correo electrónico que muestra que el gerente sabía que habían estado cerrados por un tiempo tratando de cambiar de marca. Very disappointed on how unprofessional this property manager and the company handled this location. They knew for a while they have been closed and not projected to open up till April! I got notification 3DAYS from my reservation they could no longer accomidate. I booked all the way back in May or June. Then when I tried to call the manager she was unavailable. Then when I tried calling Fairfield number listed I got disconnect 5 times! I don't know if I was getting hung up on or bad service your service is running on. I eventually just canceled and went through the stess of booking somewhere else and having to pay more because of it being last minute! I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a company before. Here is the email showing the manager has known they have been closed for a while trying to switch branding. Not only did they almost ruined our weekend, they also made me loose money in the process with little to no help. I understand that it is not ideal to have these things happen as a business but due to having knowledge and not handling the matter in a timely manner and letting your customer suffer for your consequences is so unprofessional! Thank you.

El hotel está algo anticuado, pero limpio. Estoy feliz con limpio. El personal fue atento y extremadamente amable. La habitación era cómoda y era perfecta para pasar una semana en una nevera y microondas. El desayuno del hotel era satisfactorio y contenía la tarifa estándar del hotel: huevos, salchichas, cereales, etc. El hotel está ubicado a una buena distancia de la ciudad, pero hay muchas comodidades alrededor del hotel y muy cerca.

This place has been perfect for my stay! The building is a little bit older, but the rooms are clean and the staff is super helpful! Another review mentions that there isn't a pool...and there aren't any stairs; both of those statements aren't true. There is a nice outdoor pool, small, but nice. There are two staircases but they aren't right by the elevators, you need to do a little looking to find them. Laundry is available, ice machines on every floor, and a great room setup.The breakfast was my favorite. For an all-included breakfast, it was top-notch! Much better than a "continental" breakfast I've had at a lot of hotels. There is a good variety of breakfast foods and the dining staff are kind and efficient. I liked the variety of coffee, and the hot breakfast food was welcoming.I'm familiar with the Lakewood area, and being close to 285 and to restaurants and Walmart are always nice when traveling.Highly recommended place! I'll probably stay again!

The hotel is somewhat dated, but clean. I'm happy with clean. The staff was attentive and extremely friendly. The room was comfy and was perfect for a week stay in having a fridge and microwave. The hotel breakfast was satisfying and contained standard hotel fare: eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. The hotel is located a good distance from the city, but there are plenty of amenities surrounding the hotel and very close.

Great location for a Red Rocks show. Awesome view of the mountains to the west. Comfy bed and pillows. Exceptional breakfast spread included make your own waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, cereal bar, fruit, pastry station, oatmeal bar. Service was great as always. Second time to stay here this month. Will return to this location.

The hotel staff was excellent and even gave us a better price than what was listed. Rooms were extremely clean. The bed, pillows, and blankets were SO comfortable. I have very high shower standards and this shower was extremely clean and had great water pressure. And the continental breakfast was delicious. Checkout at noon was convenient as well!
