Os quartos são espaçosos. A cama é DESCONFORTÁVEL!!!! O café da manhã está no local, mas a situação do chuveiro não é a desejar. Não fecha para que a água escorra no chão ao lado do vaso sanitário. Sem ventilador no banheiro, então apenas respirando fumaça de peido o dia todo. Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.

Rooms are spacious. The bed is UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! Breakfast is spot on, but the shower situation is not one to be desired. It dosent close so water pours out on the floor by the toilet. No fan in the bathroom so just breathing in fart fumes all day. I won’t stay here again.

Nice hotel limpo. Pessoal foi amigável, útil e profissional. O café da manhã de cortesia oferece opções agradáveis para uma alimentação saudável ou tradicional. Motivo das 4 estrelas ... a cama precisa ser trocada. Era bom o suficiente para dormir, mas não para os padrões do Hilton.

O sofá em nosso quarto estava sujo (manchas brancas / algo que era marrom e parecia um xarope também). O hotel tentou cobrar mais do que a tarifa reservada por meio do aplicativo Hilton (fatura recebida no e-mail antes do check-out). Tive que passar um tempo na recepção ao tentar chegar ao aeroporto para ser cobrada a taxa acordada (a equipe então pediu uma avaliação positiva, uma vez que "consertou" o problema - quando, na realidade, eles só fizeram o que deveriam fazer - cobrar a tarifa acordada). Além do sofá sujo, o quarto estava bem. O hotel agendou a troca da TV no nosso dia de partida (8h) e quase tornou inegociável esperar até que o hóspede fizesse o check-out, dizendo que os sinais de Não perturbe não seriam aceitos. Felizmente, saímos de lá antes de sermos pisados enquanto nos preparávamos para o dia. Claro que não me senti valorizado como um membro do Honors e a equipe da recepção foi muito petulante. Café-da-manhã era bom e bem abastecido. Perto de restaurantes e entretenimento do centro. A população sem-teto é um problema. Claro, não escrevo comentários com frequência, mas recebi uma notificação para fazer isso e me senti obrigado a dar feedback.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The complimentary breakfast has nice options for healthy eating or traditional eating. Reason for the 4 stars... the bed needs to be replaced. It was good enough to sleep on but not to hHilton standards.

The couch in our room was dirty (white stains/something that was brown and appeared syrup-like as well). Hotel attempted to charge more than the rate booked through the Hilton app (invoice received on email prior to checkout). Had to spend time at front desk when attempting to get to airport to be actually charged the agreed upon rate (staff then politicked for a positive review since they "fixed" the issue - when in reality, they only did what they were supposed to do - charge the agreed upon rate). Other than the dirty couch, the room was fine. The hotel scheduled to change out TV's our day of departure (8 a.m.) and nearly made it non-negotiable as to waiting until the guest actually checks out, saying Do Not Disturb signs would not be honored. Luckily we got out of there before being walked in on while getting ready for the day. Sure didn't feel valued as an Honors member and the front desk staff was very flippant. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Homeless population is a problem. Sure don't write reviews often, but got a notification to do so and felt compelled to give feedback.

O café da manhã é INCRÍVEL. O check-in foi simples e rápido e com manobrista sem esforço! A sala é espaçosa e tem 3 superfícies separadas para malas. Os lençóis foram todos limpos e, embora os travesseiros sejam muito fofos para mim, eles podem ser o travesseiro de sono ideal para alguém! Encontrei 2 bolas de cabelo grandes no cobertor, mas todo o resto estava muito limpo. A porta do banheiro é uma corrediça sem nenhum mecanismo sólido de fechamento e não há ventilador para dar privacidade ao fazer seus negócios. No geral, eu adoraria ficar aqui novamente.

Breakfast is AMAZING. Check in was simple and quick and valet was without effort! The room is spacious and has 3 separate surfaces for suitcases. The linens were all cleaned and while the pillows are too fluffy for me they may be someone's ideal sleep pillow! I found 2 large hairballs in the blanket but everything else was very clean. The bathroom door is a slider with no solid closing mechanism and there is no fan to give privacy while doing your business. Overall I'd love to stay here again.

Uau, que ótimo hotel! Temos viajado por todo o país e este foi o melhor hotel em que já ficamos. A equipe realmente fez a experiência do hotel! Da recepção para a equipe de café da manhã. O cavalheiro da equipe de café da manhã sempre tinha um sorriso no rosto todas as manhãs e era sempre tão doce e prestativo. Um dos gerentes também surpreendeu meus filhos com guloseimas todas as manhãs no café da manhã.Obrigado por uma estadia incrível! ✌🏽

Fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido com o compromisso de serviço neste hotel de preços moderados. Todos, desde o manobrista até a equipe do café da manhã, previram com sucesso nossas necessidades antes de nós! Eu não posso dizer o suficiente sobre como todos foram simpáticos e amigáveis. Depois o quarto: o quarto era gigantesco! Havia muito espaço e comodidades, como uma geladeira grande e cozinha completa, quarto separado e chuveiro grande. Finalmente, a melhor coisa foi o delicioso buffet de café da manhã completo. Uau, eu serei um cliente recorrente, desde que o café da manhã esteja aqui! Altamente recomendado ❤️

Wow, what a great hotel! We’ve been traveling across country and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed.
The staff truly made the hotel experience! From the front desk to the breakfast staff. Breakfast staff gentleman always had a smile on his face every morning and was always so sweet and helpful. One of the managers also surprised my children with treats each morning at breakfast too.

I was pleasantly surprised at the commitment to service at this moderately priced hotel. Everyone from the valet to the breakfast staff successfully predicted our needs before we did! I can’t say enough about how nice and friendly everyone was. Then the room: the room was gigantic! There was so much space and amenities such as a full size fridge and full kitchen, separate sleeping room, and large shower. Finally, the best thing was the full spread delicious breakfast buffet. Wow, i will be a return customer as long as that breakfast is here!! Highly recommend ❤️
