Praticamente só dormimos lá, mas o hotel é muito bom, quartos limpos e simpáticos, um bom café da manhã. Bem localizado, dá pra andar para as principais atrações do centro da cidade.

Friendly helpful staff, o quarto é limpo e quente. O hotel está localizado a poucos minutos da área histórica central. Há um frigobar e chaleira no quarto com xícaras, mas não chá / café, você pode escolher na recepção do salão, não leite / substituto visto.

Voy a empezar comentando que me encantó la ubicación del hotel. Muy cercano al metro, tiene una parada de tramvía prácticamente en frente, y a básicamente 10 minutos a pie de la Stephansdome. En la calle también se pueden encontrar varios restaurantes, entre ellos un sushi muy barato, y algún que otro bar con mucho ambiente. Vamos a lo delicado casi. La habitación excelente. Espaciosa y amplia, cama amplia también, un televisor con múltiples canales, incluso nevera! El armario también espacioso, una ventana que daba a un patio interior... El lavabo lo recuerdo más bien pequeño pero no hay problema. Lo que pasa, y os voy a ser muy sinceros, es que el hotel es muy antiguo (los pasillos exteriores son preciosos) y me daba pinta como de que estaba encantado. A veces me daba la sensación de que estaba sola en el hotel. Hay muchos pasadizos y nunca me encontraba con nadie. Y os vais a reír, pero para colmo, mi habitación se encontraba al doblar la esquina de un pasillo. Pues nada, que al fondo había un espejo y cuando no me acordaba de que estaba allí siempre me asustaba conmigo misma... Una persona del staff también me asustó porque apareció de la nada. Pero tengo que decir que las recepcionistas eran muy amables. Me ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron, me dieron mapas, etc. Tuve un problemilla con un enchufe de la hab y me lo vinieron a mirar, me lo arreglaron y todo perfecto. La atención fue de 10. El desayuno no es gran cosa, la verdad. No tengáis en cuenta mi paranoia del hotel encantado, fue una muy buena estancia (pero sí me daba mal rollo...). Estuve muy a gusto y me fue muy fácil moverme por la ciudad desde allí.

El acceso para personas con discapacidad muy malo. Hizo mucho calor. La limpieza no muy buena. El destino muy muy básico. Poco para elegir.

Muito ok hotel. Casa velha. Sem ar condicionado, mas ainda muito legal no quarto, apesar de estar fora de 24 graus. Bom café da manhã. Simpática equipe. Paredes sólidas tão semáforos e tal não perturbar o nosso quarto.

We were in the hotel 2 weeks ago, family of three members, one kid. We were received very nice, staff is polite and very helpful. Breakfasts was great, for the adults and for the kid. Tram station is right across the street, metro is about 400 hundred meters away. Pizzeria is also next door, pharmacy, lots of coffee shops, bakery. All in all, great deal for the price. We would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I stayed with my parents for one night, October 7th. We were welcomed upon arrival.
My mom stayed in the room by herself, while my dad went out and my husband and I walked around Vienna. We starred Skype and placed the tablet in my parents bedroom. At 5:30pm she called the front desk because their tv was not working. After the front desk employees entered the room on multiple occasions to adjust and finally replace the tv, the tablet disappeared.
My husband and I got back to the room after 8pm and searched the entire place, then inquired from the front desk employees if they have seen our Sony tablet? They were adamant about we took the tablet with us to the city! We DID NOT take the tablet. They also suggested that we look under the bed 😳 I continued to attempt to connect to my tablet using find my device. On the 12th, while in Romania, it came online with a Vienna IP address. They also attempted to log into my accounts, but were stopped by Google.
We are extremely disappointed with Hotel am Schottenpoint!

Friendly helpful staff, room is clean and warm. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the historical central area. There is a fridge and kettle in the room with cups but no tea/coffee, you can pick these up at the front desk from the breakfast room, no milk / substitute seen.
