Inicialmente hice la reserva en este hotel y me trasladaron a otro el hotel Ayenda 1219, no le vi problema al traslado pero cuando llegue al hotel súper mala la atención, me dijeron que podía parquear y una vez llegue al hotel no fue así me tocó caminar a buscar un Parqueadero. Al otro día el desayuno no nos atendieron nada bien, ni bebida nos dieron. Por eso nos cambiamos de hotel y no me importó perder lo que pague por la reserva.Muy malo todo.

Atención pésima, servicio deficiente, no había toalla en la habitación y duré dos horas esperando, bajé dos veces a buscarla y me decían ya voy ya las llevos por último me dijeron que la camarera no estaba y por eso se demoraron. Colchón parece de madera forrado con tela, el aseo muy regular. La ubicación Muy buena, la infraestructura acorde al precio.
Una experiencia muy lamentable en este hotel. Falto de mantenimiento. Espacios descuidados. Toallas rotas, qué feo. Mala atención. Personal no calificado para este tipo de servicios. Pienso que el personal de un hotel debe ser muy atento pero aquí nada de eso. Y no tengo nada contra los venezolanos. Esta súper bien ubicado, estuve con mi novia un fin de semana y todo nos quedaba muy cerca, no me gustó el colchón, es muy duro aunque para dormir no fue incómodo pero si se siente muy duro al sentarse en él. Y el otro aspecto negativo es que al lado queda un bar y la música se escucha toda la noche.
El hotel es acorde al precio y está bien ubicado. Lastima la atencion, es pésima excepto por un joven. El día que llegamos la niña de la recepción nada amable. Nada de variedad en los desayunos. No reciben tarjetas. Creo que pueden haber mejores opciones de hospedaje en la zona, no lo recomendaría. Un hotel no solo es infraestructura también es atención y ahí sí no hay nada.

Todo esto son pequeños detalles que opacan las ventajas del lugar: un lugar limpio, de fácil acceso, la amabilidad de la gente que nos atendió los dos primeros días, el servicio preventa. Le recomiendo al hotel fijarse y cuidar esos detalles que, sin duda, marcan la diferencia.
