O atendimento ao cliente realmente tornou este lugar ótimo! Liguei algumas vezes para os meus erros na reserva on-line e foi facilmente corrigido pelos funcionários que me fizeram sentir que não era problema algum. O serviço ao cliente continuou a ser ótimo quando chegamos e tivemos dúvidas, todos foram simpáticos e prestativos. Excelente vista do nosso quarto. Quarto estava limpo. As crianças adoraram ir ao topo da torre. Fora do prédio poderia usar alguma atualização, mas no geral foi uma ótima experiência e ficaríamos neste resort novamente.

Customer service really made this place great! I called a couple times do to my errors in online booking and it was easily fixed by employees who made me feel like it was no problem at all. The customer service continued to be great when we arrived and had questions everyone was friendly and helpful. Great view from our room. Room was clean. Kids loved going to the top of the tower. Outside of building could use some updating but overall was a great experience and we would stay at this resort again.

Eu absolutamente amo este lugar! Há uma piscina interior e exterior, ambas com banheiras de hidromassagem, um fliperama, loja de presentes e restaurante. Adoramos o passeio pela natureza ao redor do Shadow Lake e os pedalinhos. Tudo é tão bonito. É perto de tantas atrações, restaurantes e trilhas para caminhada. Adoramos este lugar e viemos aqui todos os anos, é muito divertido e tranquilo. As donas de casa são super simpáticas. Minha única reclamação é o restaurante, é super caro e a comida é bem nojenta. Eu pedi um hambúrguer médio bem e foi um hambúrguer congelado e queimado, as batatas fritas estavam emborrachadas, o pão estava velho. Ótimo lugar, mas comer em algum lugar mais acessível com comida melhor. É um pouco caro também, há lugares mais baratos na área que tenho certeza que são tão agradáveis ou mais agradáveis e têm café da manhã gratuito.

This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it.
We had our daughters wedding there this weekend. I cannot say enough about the staff! OUTSTANDING ! Emily and her entire team were amazing and took care of every detail ! We received rave reviews about the food and service!! The entire weekend was a magical weekend for our family! Thank you!

I absolutely love this place! There's an indoor and outdoor pool, both with hot tubs, an arcade, gift shop and restaurant. We loved the nature walk around Shadow Lake and the pedal boats. Everything is so beautiful. It's close to so many attractions, restaurants and walking trails. We love this place and come here every year, it's really fun and peaceful. The housekeepers are super friendly. My only complaint is the restaurant, it's super expensive and the food is pretty gross. I ordered a burger medium well and it was a frozen, burnt patty, the fries were rubbery, the bread was stale. Great place but eat somewhere more affordable with better food. It is a bit expensive too, there are cheaper places in the area that I'm sure are just as nice or nicer and have free breakfast.

O que tem para não gostar. Ótimo ambiente, fora da cidade. Eles têm trilhas para caminhadas ao redor incluindo a montanha atrás do resort. A piscina está ocupada ou vazia. O lago e pedalinhos são bons. Não tenho certeza por que eles odeiam plugues HDMI ou não têm álcool disponível durante o dia ou depois das 20h30. Também não sei por que o alarme de fumaça foi desconectado no quarto.

Uau que ótimo lugar, a equipe é tão simpática, e eles fazem um trabalho fantástico! A instalação é cênica, há uma ótima piscina externa / banheira de hidromassagem com um grande deck, os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, meu quarto tinha vista para Indian Head (formação rochosa) de frente e vista para o lago e as montanhas em as costas. Foi muito especial sentar na varanda dos fundos e ver o nascer do sol sobre as montanhas. O Thunderbird Lounge tem música ao vivo na maioria das noites. O tempo todo lá fui cumprimentado por todos os membros da equipe que encontrei. Vale a viagem!

Indian Head is a New England treasure. I’ve been coming here for the entirety of my life and am always blown away by the magic of this place! The views are great, sure, but the family-run charm, the history…it’s just a wonderful place to visit. Perfect family vacation! Heat lamps in the bathrooms, live music and a great bar, the pools and arcade for the kids….A+ destination every time.

What is not to like. Great setting, just outside of town. They have hiking trails all around including the mountain behind the resort. The pool is either busy or empty. The lake and paddle boats are nice. Not sure why they hate HDMI plugs or have no alcohol available during the day or after 8:30pm. Also not sure why the smoke alarm was disconnected in the room.

Wow what a great place, the staff is so friendly, and they do a fantastic job! The facility is scenic, there is a great outdoor pool/hot tub with a big sundeck, the rooms are clean and comfortable, My room had a view of Indian Head (rock formation) from the front and a view of the lake and mountains in the back. It was very special to sit on the back balcony and watch the sunrise over the mountains. The Thunderbird Lounge has live music most nights. The whole time there I was greeted by every staff member I ran across. Well worth the trip!

We were here for an American Legion convention so we didn’t get to experience all they have to offer. However our room was nice could have a tv channel guide in the room, but we had a nice view of the pond and mountains. The buffet breakfast was very good. The banquet dinner was also very good. The staff here is very nice. We may try to book a personal stay here in the near future.

Esta foi a 4ª vez em 7 anos e esta foi de longe a melhor. A equipe foi shorthanded e fez um excelente trabalho em lidar com todos e tudo de forma profissional. Meus filhos adoraram as piscinas coberta e descoberta / banheiras de hidromassagem. Nós caminhamos ao redor do lago das sombras pela 1ª vez e adoramos.. Um ambiente tão amoroso e amigável para as famílias. É uma das principais razões pelas quais voltamos. A comida é ótima e não vejo desvantagem em voltar novamente.

This was the 4th time in 7 years and this was by far the best. Staff was shorthanded and did an excellent job in handling everyone and everything in a professional manner. My children loved the indoor and outdoor pools/ hot tubs. We walked around shadow lake for the 1st time ever and loved it.. Such a loving and friendly environment for families. It is one of the main reasons we come back. The food is great and I see no downside in coming back again.

Rooms: Clean and spacious.Restaurant: Wonderful Thanksgiving lunch, excellent breakfast.Pools and Hot Tube: Good, indoor and outdoor options, but with an excess of chlorine, it even made me sick because it was so bad.Me hospedei no Thanksgiving, foi ótimo, preço justo, ambiente agradável e muito limpo. Atrações para todas idades.Só as piscinas e a Hot Tube que tive uma experiência ruim, pois tinha muito cloro, era tão forte que desbotou o meu biquíni e passei mal com o cheiro forte.
