Wonderful place to stay! Animals all around, nature well preserved and loved (talk to anyone working there, you'll learn a lot!), staff nice and helpful.
Good was great, with a lot of choice and variety, and always high quality.
Room were large and clean. With a stunning view.

We have always loved staying at Sopa Naivasha. However, this time I felt they had gone above and beyond.
The service was absolutely on point. The staff were friendly and efficient.
The food was delicious and the variety fantastic.
The rooms were clean and well kept.
The shower was great!
The property overall was excellent. Especially with the zebras, giraffes and water bucks right at the door step.

This place has raised the bar for my experiences. The most serene place I have been to. Very helpful staff. Special thanks to chef Eric for ensuring my baby gets her special meals on time. Special thanks to Gideon at reception for finding a way for my baby to nap past check out hours. Many thanks to the waitstaff at the restaurant, pascal, Ellie (if I remember it right), Antony and all those working at the restaurant for a great service. Also Special thanks to James the driver who took us to and from the restaurant at night without hesitation despite the many trips we took to and from. Loved seeing the giraffes daily, the zebras, the waterbucks. Amazing place. Also not forgetting the captain who took us on a boat ride, kindly took pictures of us and even recommended the world renowned Crescent island for our exploration. The meals were world class. The water could be cheaper at the restaurant though. But overall the most beautiful trip I have taken this year.

In every aspect this lodge was one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. The grounds, rooms, staff, food, practically everything was perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer as we had such a lovely stay, far far too short. I have a long list of people to thank but I'll mention a few and may I add that I would put all the names but my review would then be too long. The staff worked like a seamlessly, there was nothing that was too much trouble even though you could see they had a lot of people to serve.
I'd like to mention Dickson, Maureen, Aaron, Hazel, Stanley Viola, I could go on but as I said, fantastic team. The chefs cooked amazing food, thank you to them too.

Absolutely stunning place, the service is on point and very friendly. The buffet has a great variety and is really tasty. We went on a boat tour to see hippos and our captain was just amazing. Pool area with gym and table tennis is cosy, neat and a great hangout place. At night you can see the hippos grassing very close to the houses you stay in. (Obviously with an electric fence for safety). Safety is great. This is also the first time I've been so close to zebras, since they are used to guests and grass all over the area. I would happily visit Sopa again.
