Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in lol
The staff weren’t even welcoming; didn’t seem to want to check us in. $50 usd for a terrible hotel. They took us to the room, it was slept in and dirty and hasn’t been cleaned. Ap they took us to the second room. Same thing. Room was dirty!! When I say dirty I mean used tissues, empty bottles.. etc
It’s like a crack house. Third room was ready and was disgusting. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. For just a little bit more money you an actually get a nice hotel. Disgusting place. Never again

One of the worst hotel apartments in Dubai. The rooms are not maintained in years. The furniture is terrible with ghastly stains on them. The walls are dirty, the bathrooms are abysmal, the bedsheets were not clean and when we asked for replacing the bedsheets they said it's not possible until the morning time (basically when we were checking out). They allowed us to change our initial room but when we checked out the other rooms, all were pretty much in the same condition. Do yourself a favor and just pay between 50 to 100 dhs more and get a much better place to stay at because the other well rated hotel apartments are literally that much more. I would not recommend this as an option to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. They have bed bugs. The A/C does not work and the staff does not care. The ceiling drips water. The washroom is unusable for any decent human being. The towels they provide you with: you would be brave to even touch them. The rooms smell terrible. There are lots of children screaming all night and day. The TVs are form the 60s. Staff is very unwelcoming. Parking is terrible. The place always smells bad. The hotel reception will not pick up when you call...ever. Any hotel that is beside it will be 10 times better and for the same price if not cheaper.

1.Staff were so rude and not helping at all his name is Islam ( housekeeping supervisor) He does not know how to talk with the guest. The way he talk to us was like a uneducated third class person.
2. Worst WiFi connection. Does not work most of the time.
3. Room was very dirty the wash basin block there were hairs on the bathroom walls from previous guest. The washroom tape and shower cabinets had only damm hot water can't even take shower as there no cold water to adjust There was no single towels in room. We requested to give some towel but they were not having single towels. As if we stay free.
4.Last night we tried to sleep but could not sleep because of the so much noise for slamming doors the temperature in the room felt like we was in sauna.in the end we only slept 3 hours it resulted in my worst experience in a hotel ever don't stay here if you value having a good night's rest!

The location of this hotel is perfect. I had spent 5 days in this hotel and the experience was good enough. The hotel is well maintained and well managed. The staff ensures you have a comfortable stay. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, gymnasium. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The room I took had a living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. It was more like a rented apartment. The bathrooms are neat and clean with 24 hot and cold water supply. Though I advise you to not order food from the restaurant in the hotel as it is quite expensive and not worth the money. Instead go out to some nearby restaurant which offer good food for less bucks.
