I am at this hotel now and my room number is 201. The room is very small and has no windows! It was not clean and the spider was on the ceiling of the room! The only positive thing is the good reception of the hotel and the room is scheduled to be changed tomorrow and I am waiting for tomorrow.

I never regret reserving in this hotel, location is Perfect, rooms are spacious and always clean, service is excellent, breakfast is ideal with special thanks to Emra who always adds humour and generosity. Highly recommended

the best hotel experience I ever had in Taksim area from the welcoming hospitality of the hotel receptionist to the helpful members of the staff, the restaurant hostess, the reception specially Ms. Funda helped our group 25 people to solve any problem. the breakfast was great and many choices the location was like no other, what ever u need is at close walking distance
