Recently I started my yearly stay at the Millennium Place Hotel apartment / Barsha Heights and I’m so glad with the entire hotel facility, the room is great and specially the House Keeping department provide great cleaning and taking care about all details , special thanks to Mrs.Nadia and Mr.Ajay and great appropriation to Mr.Milon and his team for providing me with all required services and to be sure that my room is clean and in a perfect shape all the time

Cheguei por volta de 1h30 e a recepção dificultou muito o check-in. Dizer que minha reserva está errada e ainda devo dinheiro! Não é realmente algo que eu queria ouvir, e também não estava acostumado a ouvir, depois de um longo vôo. Paguei tudo adiantado e, se houvesse alguma discrepância, pensaria que o funcionário deveria estender a cortesia e o atendimento ao cliente, dando-me o quarto e me pedindo para voltar pela manhã.As primeiras impressões são importantes e até agora não estou impressionado e não me sinto bem-vindo. A equipe parece incomodada quando você faz uma pergunta e também não sabe as respostas.Eu sugiro treinar melhor a equipe para que possam lidar melhor com seu trabalho.

I arrived around 1.30am and reception made it very difficult to check in. Telling my my reservation is wrong and I still owe money! Not really something I wanted to hear, and also not used to hearing, after a long flight. I paid everything in advance and if there was a discrepancy I would think that the employee were to extend courtesy and customer service by giving me the room and ask me to come back in the morning.First impressions matter and so far I’m not impressed and I don’t feel welcome at all. Staff seems bothered when you ask a question and they don’t know the answers either.I’d suggest to train the staff better so they can handle their jobs better.

Hospedado no hotel de 28 de agosto a 3 de setembro. Tenho um quarto grande com uma cama grande e um banheiro agradável. Meu tour incluiu pequenos-almoços sem queixas (uma vasta selecção de pratos para todos os gostos). O serviço é ótimo !!! Agradecimentos especiais a Dennis por me ajudar a encontrar meu telefone que perdi no táxi.Contras: seria legal adicionar um carregador USB ao lado da cama. E mais uma coisa: para acender a luz da sala, ela deve estar acesa no corredor (ou não descobri e errei).

Amazing 2 months stay in millennium.. absolutely loved our hotel apartment and view♥️ my son loved running around at the reception area and the staff was really good and wonderful.. Breakfast staff was amazing, we looked forward to going downstairs everyday and have tea but the breakfast menu is not that great.. after a while you get tired of same things everyday and wasn’t much of a selection.. that’s the only thing we didn’t like about… otherwise it was a great experience ♥️

O hotel tem uma vista muito bonita e parece ótimo do lado de fora. Uma garagem também está disponível. É um dos edifícios mais altos da região. Temos um quarto 16 no andar 26 e a vista é realmente linda, você pode até ver o topo do prédio mais alto do mundo. O quarto em si é moderno e elegante. O pessoal é muito simpático e faz um esforço. O café da manhã é realmente delicioso e farto, não posso falar nada sobre o almoço e o jantar porque não tínhamos reservado. No geral, você não pode reclamar.

We never come back to this hotel, here is why!! 1- Their manager the lady and the guy has squint eyes at the reception were aggressive, rude, and lier who had linked up with unprofessional, low-level, scams from MS Tracy tourist company. They protected their secret deal over our safety that we felt no safety and decided to check out immediately to move to other hotel. 2- They are not allowed to keep our passports but refused to give back until got approval from ms TRACY who just a tourist company who we paid to organise our stays with them 3- One of our room got changed due to horrible smells 4- my room has 2 wooden door that can open to other room if 2 rooms do so which lead leak noises to our room. 5- breakfast was all the same from day one to our day 5 of our stays. We never come back for sure and caution carefully if your stays got booked from tourist company or events.
