Absolutely brilliant....we were so impressed. Super friendly and helpful staff (we had Florence serving us but also spoke with the 2 managers and another waitress), fantastic food (I had the cheeseburger and fries.... Best I've had anywhere!), stunning classy American diner feel atmosphere and even the toilets were a delight!!!! We will be coming back and I've recommended you to all my friends. This is the first time in many years that a restaurant has exceeded my expectations and felt like it was totally worth the cost of eating out. Absolutamente brilhante ... ficamos tão impressionados. Funcionários super simpáticos e prestativos (tivemos Florence nos servindo, mas também conversamos com os 2 gerentes e outra garçonete), comida fantástica (eu comi cheeseburger e batatas fritas .... Stopped here on the off chance and so pleased we did. Extremely warm and welcoming staff, a great atmosphere with full visibility of the chefs at work in the kitchen, immaculately clean and nice activities for the kids. Food was excellent, best burger I've had in a while. Classic US diner experience, but executed with serious polish, professionalism and focus on quality service and produce. Generous portions and overall very respectable value for money. Will return at some point no doubt! Parou aqui na chance e tão feliz que fizemos. The restaurant is excellent, relaxed atmosphere, delicious food, very kind and attentive staff. Even when it was close to the end of service, everyone was very friendly to us. The room is very new, comfortable and has all the amenities you need in a quality hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant has many options and is freshly prepared, which makes everything more delicious. The staff was not the same as the night before, but the service was impeccable. We returned to the road very pleased to have chosen Mollie's. We would like to have more Mollie's on the roads of our trips.

Room was lovely and woman who checked me in was really polite and professional. Style is really cool and it’s a nice departure from the normal chain hotels. What let it down was the restaurant. Ordered a burger and although menu doesn’t explicitly state it, it didn’t come with chips. Waiter didn’t mention it or give me option to order, if he had I would have ordered something else. £10 for a Burger with no salad / coleslaw / fries is very expensive for London let alone a non city centre Bristol hotel. The food was nice and the venue is similar quality to hotel but the prices are definitely on the high side. Did raise this with waiting staff and manager but neither seemed particularly bothered. It’s not money it’s the principle.

Great service, particularly Helena (I hope it's the right name of her) - a very attentive and lovely person! We got our food very fast and the kitchen staff is also very well organized - kudos to everyone working here, that's the way it should go!Motel: Very comfy room, very calm (nothing to be heard from other rooms / outside, you can feel very relaxed), everything clean and well designed, the wooden floor instead of carpeted floor is also very pleasant! Often work in the area, this is my number one choice of place to stay, its great value and I love the free good quality tea and coffee in the lobby. Rooms very well designed and great showers. Lobby store sells good quality chocolate. No loud noises from the corridors,Instant hot and cold water in corridors is much better than the usual way hotels work, amazed this is not the normal standard for other hotels / motels (never liked the idea of filling an old kettle up in the loo sink). Diner does great food. All round probably one of the best places I have ever stayed. Quartos muito bem projetados e ótimos chuveiros. A loja do lobby vende chocolate de boa qualidade. Our room was amazing, we weren’t expecting much, but each bunk bed is like a separate little cabin with its own charge points, sockets and light. The staff and facilities are first class. It is clean, modern and very quiet. The beds are super comfortable. Having the diner right next door made life easy and they were brilliant about a severe food allergy. Stopped in for breakfast with my daughter while on our travels. Firstly the service we received when we arrived wasawesome, made to feel so welcome. The restaurant is awesome, and immaculate. Our server was brilliant, and our breakfast came very quickly. It was perfectly made and very tasty. We loved the experience here, and will return as soon as possible with the rest of the family. Usually meals feel like a token effort but the burgers at Mollie’s clearly have had a lot of thought put into them as they tasted fantastic! Service was phenomenal as were the staff who were so accommodating and couldn’t do enough. Truly a fantastic evening.Mollies hotel : We had room 78 which was towards the end of the corridor and suited our needs perfectly as it was lovely and quiet. The room itself was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The shower was spotlessly clean and amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed all the little touches as well as the 24hr reception and bar downstairs. We travelled down from Kent for a local event but we will be back simply for this amazing hotel and the amazing experience we had. Worth every penny ...price is phenomenal!
