Location. Lobby was depressing. Hallway carpet dirty. Door handle did not work well.

Check in staff was nice. This place was a dump. Trash over flowing bins in the parking lot. The toilet seat came completely off, the mini fridge made so much noise we had to unplug it. No blackout curtains so the sun came in. The smell of the beet factory filled the hotel.

The location. The beds were not comfortable. We were missing pillows. It smelled bad. Pool was closed. Breakfast was not open.

The girl at the front desk was excellent, friendly, informative and professional! She is a 10 out of 10, great ambassador for the hotel, now the cleaning staff and maintenance needs to set it uo! would take cleanliness over price, I usually filter my searches by star ratings, then look at the cleanliness unfortunately we were so tired and traveling with our dog that I didnt brother to check. Well that old saying you get what you paid for applies
