Close to slopes. Good size rooms. We were here for the location… next to the ski slopes.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and both in August!peak season i know but we still enjoyed our stay both times.Lets start about the room.Decent,spacious and comfy bed.There is buffet for breakfast,lunch and dinner for an affordable price,food is great and so many options.Staff are friendly and Paqui from the restaurant is amazing.Very profesional,she trully tries to meet every clients need and make you feel at home.I really hope she could read this so she know how greatful we are.
The facilities of the hotel is perfect,they have a huge room with a bar and some entertainment for the youngs and not so youngs.They even have a big stage in the end of the room where they do evening activities like karaoke which we had so much fun.They have 2 Swimming pools,1 interior with a warm and nice water,and 1 exterior pool.So no matter whats the weather outside you can still enjoy a nice dip.There is a kids park just next to the facility,which we also enjoyed since we came with 2 kids.a 6 year old and a 1 year old,with such an age gap it is really nice to have so many options to do in just 1 place.Even my mother-in-law who came with us also enjoyed what she came for,relax and disconect with the busy city.The hotel is on top of a mountain so there is great view and surrounded with nature so another plus in there.Overall its a 10.looking forward to come back soon.

Terrible experience for an entire weekend. Should be a 2 (even 1) star hotel, never a 3 star hotel as labelled.
Very bad bedrooms, poor hygiene and cleanness, old floor carpet with stains, old broken bathroom, very noise piping and nonexisting wall sound insolation between bedrooms. The restaurant food quality is just eatable (not at 3* hotel level), but the worst is the incredibly rude unfriendly lead staff in the restaurant. On the second dinner several people got food poisoned and diarrhea.
WiFi is super slow, had to use my own data.
Old elevators that do not work properly.
The list goes on.
The only good experience was with the hotel reception team which was friendly and accessible.

Location is good but definitely worth to walk a couple of minutes further to avoid such terrible experience.

Great for learning to ski. The instructors are very helpful and make sure everyone has the necessary information to improve. They also aren't too restrictive and will let you ski to your full ability. The food is much better than I expected and there is something for everyone. I hear the vegetarian options are a little boring however this does not affect me. I highly recommend this resort.
