No drinking water for guests was a first for me after staying in many hotels worldwide. We arrived to the room on the first night and had the standard 2 small bottles of water (and complimentary sweets which was a nice touch). Unfortunately on my second day I felt unwell and called reception to ask for some more water but was told no water available at this hotel and that I must go outside to buy water. As I felt too unwell to go outside I spent the day without water or any other drink until I felt well enough in the evening to go outside. The next day I had mentioned to the hotel staff that if I had booked on a per day basis rather than a week, I would have received water each day to which the staff agreed, they had no answer as to why they don't supply water on a daily basis like other hotels do. If you're staying here you'll need to bring your own bottles of water.The WiFi is poor and you'll need to keep logging into the WiFi to keep a connection.The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable and most of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Chegamos ao quarto na primeira noite e tivemos o padrão 2 pequenas garrafas de água (e doces de cortesia que foi um toque agradável). Infelizmente, no meu segundo dia, me senti mal e liguei para a recepção para pedir mais água, mas me disseram que não havia água disponível neste hotel e que eu deveria sair para comprar água. The hotel was excellent the staff were friendly especially Arti the day porter. He has worked there for 29 years. The cleaner we had was brilliant and helpful. We loved our fortnight in Marmaris and hope to go back next year there was so much we never got round to doing O hotel foi excelente os funcionários foram simpáticos especialmente Arti o porteiro do dia. Um excelente hotel com um total de 3 estrelas. Limpo: lave regularmente o quarto e troque a roupa de cama todos os dias. Eles torcem corações, etc. com flores frescas dos lençóis - muito bom. A equipe é simpática e trabalhadora. A primeira linha para o mar através do passeio marítimo. Praia larga, ao contrário de fives nas proximidades!!! Buffet de café da manhã decente. O restaurante do hotel cozinha de acordo com todos os padrões, um César muito decente e sopas. Os preços são ainda um pouco mais baixos do que os concorrentes. Das desvantagens, o barulho do hotel vizinho, ritmos incendiários até às 12h00 e tudo bem, 2-3 pessoas no bar. Então, ou vá dançar para seus vizinhos, ou feche bem a galeria... O contingente no hotel é uma antiga "Europa", calmamente se aquecendo à beira da pequena piscina clorada e cortando o cabo misturado com pizza. A localização do hotel é excepcionalmente conveniente.
This hotel was spotlessly clean for our 10 day holiday.The staff from reception,concierge, to the bar and waiting staff were the nicest people.Oz and the waiters with him were all lovely lads, really helpful.Our first time in Marmaris and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only disappointment I had was was nothing to do with the hotel it was just too many of the same shops! nothing to do with the hotel Este hotel estava impecavelmente limpo para as nossas férias de 10 dias. A equipe da recepção, concierge, bar e equipe em espera foram as pessoas mais agradáveis. Oz e os garçons com ele eram todos rapazes adoráveis, realmente prestativos. No tener agua potable para los huéspedes fue la primera vez que me hospedé en muchos hoteles de todo el mundo. Llegamos a la habitación la primera noche y teníamos las 2 botellas pequeñas estándar de agua (y dulces de cortesía, lo cual fue un buen toque). Desafortunadamente, en mi segundo día me sentí mal y llamé a la recepción para pedir más agua, pero me dijeron que no había agua disponible en este hotel y que debía salir a comprar agua. Como me sentía demasiado mal para salir, pasé el día sin agua ni ninguna otra bebida hasta que me sentí lo suficientemente bien por la noche para salir. Al día siguiente le mencioné al personal del hotel que si hubiera reservado por día en lugar de por semana, habría recibido agua todos los días a lo que el personal estuvo de acuerdo, no tenían respuesta de por qué no suministran agua a diario como lo hacen otros hoteles. Si se hospeda aquí, deberá traer sus propias botellas de agua.El WiFi es deficiente y deberá seguir iniciando sesión en el WiFi para mantener una conexión.Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y cómodas y la mayoría del personal del hotel es amable y servicial.

Un excelente hotel con un total de 3 estrellas. Limpiar: lavar regularmente la habitación y cambiar la ropa de cama todos los días. Torcen corazones, etc. con flores frescas de las sábanas - muy agradable. El personal es amable y trabajador. La primera línea al mar a través del paseo marítimo. ¡Playa ancha, a diferencia de los cinco cercanos! buffet de desayuno decente. El restaurante del hotel cocina según todos los estándares, un César y sopas muy decentes. Los precios son incluso ligeramente más bajos que los de la competencia. De las desventajas, el ruido del hotel vecino, ritmos incendiarios hasta las 12.00 y estaría bien realmente, 2-3 personas en el bar. Entonces, ve a bailar con tus vecinos o cierra bien la logia ... One of the best hotels I ever stayed so far. Extremely clean, the employees are amazing, very kind, friendly and open to any need you have. The breakfast is very diversified and very healthy oriented. Also the food at the bar is tasty and fairly priced. The pool and the beach are just perfect, clean and perfectly maintained. The rooms are daily cleaned, spacious and extremely comfortable. The stay wouldn't have been completed without the visits to the Hotel's SPA. It was a great experience, we felt like new born babies. Mustafa and Ali are great, 100% recommended. Thank you very much for everything Sunrise Hotel, we really fully recharged our batteries after this holiday. We'll definitely come back here again soon. Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei até agora. Extremamente limpo, os funcionários são incríveis, muito gentis, amigáveis e abertos a qualquer necessidade que você tenha. O pequeno-almoço é muito diversificado e muito saudável. Também a comida no bar é saborosa e com preços razoáveis. A piscina e a praia são perfeitas, limpas e perfeitamente mantidas. Os quartos são limpos diariamente, espaçosos e extremamente confortáveis. A estadia não teria sido concluída sem as visitas ao SPA do Hotel. Foi uma ótima experiência, nos sentimos como bebês recém-nascidos. Mustafa e Ali são ótimos, 100% recomendados. Muito obrigado por tudo Sunrise Hotel, realmente recarregamos totalmente nossas baterias após este feriado. Nós definitivamente voltaremos aqui novamente em breve.
Had a really great stay here. Comfortable room and the staff were just wonderful. The private beach was the best as well. I got two beaches to choose from (the sunrise hotel and the Marbella hotel - apparently they are “sister hotels” run by the same management), I prefer the Marbella beach though. Breakfast was awesome too. Thanks The only negative point was the gym - clearly, indulged in delicious food so wanted to put in some time in the gym. It the air conditioner was not working during the time there. Oh it was tough to do a workout. Nonetheless overall, would come back, assuming the gym was fixed! Tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui. Quarto confortável e os funcionários foram simplesmente maravilhosos. A praia particular também foi a melhor. Eu tenho duas praias para escolher (o hotel nascer do sol e o hotel Marbella - aparentemente eles são "hotéis irmãos" administrados pela mesma gerência), mas prefiro a praia de Marbella. Café-da-manhã foi incrível também. Obrigado O único ponto negativo foi a academia - claramente, se entregou a comida deliciosa, então queria passar algum tempo na academia. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando durante o tempo lá. Ah, foi difícil fazer um treino. No entanto, no geral, voltaria, supondo que a academia fosse consertada!
This hotel is ideal for us, free sun lounges on the hotel's section of beach. The hotel has on site access for drop off and pick up, the local bus service has stops outside. All amenities are within a very reasonable distance at the front and at the rear access to the beach, water sports and restaurants. Our room is spacious with large shower room and wash area. The balcony was overlooking the pool and sea area. The breakfast had a very wide variety of good quality food and beverages with helpful staff. Este hotel é ideal para nós, espreguiçadeiras gratuitas na seção de praia do hotel. O hotel tem acesso no local para embarque e desembarque, o serviço de ônibus local para do lado de fora. Todas as comodidades estão a uma distância muito razoável na frente e nas traseiras de acesso à praia, desportos aquáticos e restaurantes. Nosso quarto é espaçoso, com grande chuveiro e área de lavagem. A varanda tinha vista para a piscina e para a área do mar. O café da manhã tinha uma grande variedade de alimentos e bebidas de boa qualidade com funcionários prestativos.

Tengo dos playas para elegir (el hotel Sunrise y el hotel Marbella, aparentemente son "hoteles hermanos" administrados por la misma gerencia), aunque prefiero la playa de Marbella. El desayuno también era increíble. Gracias. El único punto negativo fue el gimnasio: claramente, disfrutaba de una comida deliciosa, así que quería pasar un tiempo en el gimnasio. Este hotel es ideal para nosotros, tumbonas gratuitas en la sección de playa del hotel. El hotel tiene acceso en el sitio para dejar y recoger, el servicio de autobús local tiene paradas afuera. Todos los servicios están a una distancia muy razonable en la parte delantera y en la parte trasera de acceso a la playa, deportes acuáticos y restaurantes. Nuestra habitación es espaciosa, con un gran baño con ducha y área de lavado. El balcón daba a la piscina y al mar. El desayuno tenía una variedad muy amplia de alimentos y bebidas de buena calidad con un personal servicial.

El desayuno es muy variado y muy saludable. Además, la comida en el bar es sabrosa ya un precio razonable. La piscina y la playa son simplemente perfectas, limpias y perfectamente cuidadas. Las habitaciones se limpian a diario, son espaciosas y extremadamente cómodas. La estancia no habría sido completa sin las visitas al SPA del Hotel. Fue una gran experiencia, nos sentimos como bebés recién nacidos. Mustafa y Ali son geniales, 100% recomendables. Very friendly staff could not do enough for you. Food excellent a very wide choice of breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, hotel spotless bar staff very good especially little charlie. Will definatley be back next year. Uma equipe muito simpática não poderia fazer o suficiente para você. Comida excelente uma vasta escolha de pequeno-almoço. Quartos limpos todos os dias, equipe impecável do bar do hotel muito bom, especialmente o pequeno Charlie. Definitivamente voltaremos no próximo ano.

Las habitaciones se limpian todos los días, el personal impecable del bar del hotel es muy bueno, especialmente el pequeño charlie. Sin duda volveremos el año que viene.
The hotel is modern, rooms are modern, Travel Lodge, Ibis standard in the UK. Breakfast area is fabulous with a great selection of food, too much to begin to mention. A chef will cook eggs however you want them, poached, fried, omelette etc. Friendly staff, great service from Channel and his son Charlie made my stay at the hotel a genuine pleasure, the porter's were helpful and reception staff too. Facing directly onto the beach and a thirty minute stroll to the harbour area, make it a great location for a visit to Marmaris. The room had a fridge, which was handy as there is a shop at the other side of the road at the front of the hotel. A MM Margos supermarket is only five minutes away as is a pharmacy and a multitude of restaurants, cafes and bars. A great location for a visit to Marmaris!

We're sure you'll love waking up every morning at the Sunrise Hotel in Marmaris. The setting is hard to beat: a glance behind you and you're rewarded with stunning views of pine-clad mountains, while to the front you'll see golden sands and sapphire seas. Expect high standards throughout after being refurbished in 2013; with its own section of beach, a relaxing pool area, a spa for some indulgent pampering and a choice of bars and restaurants. 92KM from the Dalaman Airport and 2 Km away from Marmaris centre.
