Having vacationed at many Marriott Vacation Club properties, we decided to give the Ritz Carlton Club in Vail a try for summer vacation. We were delighted. It did not have the usual kids friendly activities more typical of MVC, but a teen room with three Xboxes holed up to massive TVs helped compensate. The gym/spa was fabulous! Every machine, free weight and contraption one could hope for. Plus a genuine full blown steam room to help combat the dryness at altitude. Plus all the amenities like plenty of chilled water, cold towels, eat buds, towels, robes, showers, and anything you could need to clean up after a workout. The rooms were well appointed with a fireplace and humidifier. The kitchen was also stopped with unlimited water filtered on premises. Beautiful kitchen with some work choices - phone next to the cooktop, items stored on high shelves that really called for a stool to retrieve... But there was a wine fridge! The hotel offered free drop off and pickup service within 5 miles... Plus the concierges and transportation staff were thoroughly knowledgeable about trails, activities and restaurants. It was very convenient and they made awesome suggestions that improved our stay. Will be visiting again!

Well congratulations if you can afford this. Was part of the renovation team and I will say, knowing what we did and went thru to make it happen, you will experience nothing less than the best from your experience.

We love this place as if it's a home away from home. we come here at least twice a year and the entire staff makes us feel like family. I love how all the guys are always in communication from the ski valet to where you turn your boots in to the front desk all of them greet you by name. The concierge made great recommendations as we were there over Thanksgiving on a place to go find a turkey dinner in town. They just reopened the hot tub it was being redone over the summer and everything was in perfect condition.
