Such a wonderful stay. What sets this property apart is the butler & concierge service. They were so sweet and accommodating and made us a wonderful and always comfortable stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous as well, lots of stone and pretty architecture. Deserves every bit of 5 stars.

I have tried zenith pub at the roof top. The view is really amazing; overlooking Amman. The food and service is really good ! I highly recommend the menu especially the tomahawk. It's a Must try at zenith.i didn't experience the rooms. Only Zenith ! A good place and vibe !

O hotel é incrível em todos os sentidos.. os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, a piscina é muito boa, mas um pouco fria e o design interior era lindo. Meu único problema é o zenith, que é um dos restaurantes de lá, estava lotado e eles não podiam ou não aceitariam 1 casal que estava hospedado lá no mesmo hotel! Você deve sempre ter uma mesa ou 2 grátis para os hóspedes do hotel! Mas fora isso tudo estava perfeito e o café da manhã foi incrível com servidores incríveis

Começou bem, o serviço foi muito bom, não há queixas. O café da manhã é muito bom, não tenho queixas. O único problema é a limpeza do quarto, eles dobram as mesmas toalhas usadas e as colocam. Percebi que após o segundo dia, as toalhas estavam úmidas. Lençóis de travesseiros nunca foram trocados, fiquei por 3 noites. Além disso, o tapete nunca foi aspirado, as migalhas estavam no chão de uma estadia anterior. No geral não voltaria. Boa tentativa St Regis da Jordânia

El hotel es increíble en todos los sentidos... las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, la piscina es muy bonita pero un poco fría y el diseño interior era hermoso. Mi único problema es zenith, que es uno de los restaurantes allí, ¡estaba completo y no podían o no querían aceptar a 1 pareja que se hospedaba allí en el mismo hotel! ¡Siempre debe tener una mesa o 2 libres para los huéspedes del hotel! Pero aparte de eso, todo fue perfecto y el desayuno fue increíble con servidores increíbles.

Started off nice, service was very good, no complaints there. The breakfast is really good, no complaints there.
Only problem is the cleaning of the room, they fold the same old used towels, and put them up. I noticed after the second day, the towels were damp. Pillows sheets never was changed, I stayed for 3 nights. Also the carpet was never vacuumed, crumbs was on the ground from a prior stay.
Overall would not come back. Good try st Regis of Jordan

The hotel is amazing in every way.. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool is really nice but a bit cold and the interior design was beautiful. My only issue is zenith which is one of the restaurants there, it was fully booked and they couldn't or wouldn't accept 1 couple who were staying there at the same hotel! You should always have a table or 2 free for hotel guests!! But other than that everything was perfect and the breakfast was amazing with amazing servers

Rooms are very nice, but sadly a lot of minor details are not really well... Sometimes the power outlet is halfway broken or similar. The service is very good and it is pushing the standards in Amman towards the top. The location would be great, if there wouldn't be these car races almost every night and specially on Thursdays. Also the windows in almost all the rooms I had were not really tight and sometimes very loud. It doesn't really matter to what side your room is facing - The noise is sometimes too high to rest well.

Minha estadia no hotel foi absolutamente fenomenal. Para começar, a equipe do hotel foi absolutamente incrível ao acomodar meu grupo de 17 no Zenith. A equipe da recepção foi a melhor da classe em acomodar a minha situação para reservas de curto prazo. O hotel era tão de tirar o fôlego, parecia algo saído de um filme. Por fim, o bar foi absolutamente incrível, eles são capazes de acomodar qualquer coisa que eu e meus amigos queremos beber ou qualquer lanche que realmente queremos enquanto estamos socializando. Meus amigos e eu certamente seremos visitantes recorrentes.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue absolutamente fenomenal. Para empezar, el personal del hotel fue absolutamente increíble al acomodar a mi grupo de 17 en el Zenith. El personal de recepción fue el mejor en su clase en adaptarse a mi situación para reservar con poca antelación. El hotel era tan impresionante que parecía sacado de una película. Por último, el bar fue absolutamente increíble, pueden adaptarse a cualquier cosa que mis amigos y yo queramos beber o cualquier refrigerio que realmente queramos tomar mientras socializamos. Mis amigos y yo seguramente seremos visitantes recurrentes.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely phenomenal. For starters, the hotel staff was absolutely amazing at accommodating my party of 17 at the Zenith. The reception staff was best in class at accommodating to my situation for short notice booking. The hotel was so breathtaking, it looked like something out of a movie. Lastly, The bar was absolutely amazing, they're able to accommodate to anything that me and my friends want to drink or any snacks really we want to have as we are socializing. My friends and I will most certainly certainly be recurring visitors.

The St. Regis Amman was the greatest experience I ever had when it came to white glove treatment. The staff went above and beyond to get to know us, ensure we were getting the most out of Amman, and make sure we were safe. I’ve never had such treatment at a hotel. They also put together a beautiful birthday decoration and dessert in our room to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday. Every detail was covered at the St. Regis. I can’t wait to go back!

Fiquei aqui no ano passado de janeiro até março de 2020 por causa do trabalho. Infelizmente, tive que sair mais cedo por causa da Covid-19.Eu gostava de ficar no hotel. Nada era pedir muito. O serviço foi excelente. O pessoal foi muito educado e prestativo. I stayed here last year from January until March 2020 because of work. Unfortuntely I had to leave earlier because of Covid-19.
I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Nothing was too much to ask. The service was excellent. The staff was really polite and helpful. The room was always clean and if I asked for a service it was done quickly.
Unfortunately I couldn’t say goodbye to the staff, but I kept in mind to write a review.

Loved everything the decorations the bedroom the bathroom the service the food , cleanliness , calming atmosphere. From arriving to checkout the staff were very friendly professional . One thing was not there and hopefully the hotel will include which is a lounge. But other than that it was a delightful experience to stay and enjoy time.
