Very nice place, the breakfast was great, great personal too, good price, good service. It does need maintenance on a couple small details and it's a little bit noisy, so forget to sleep until late.

The only thing that bothered me is that the acoustic was very weak and bad. I couldnât sleep for some time during the night. I could hear people from other rooms (television & talking) & the hall.

On positive side:
Room was comfortable and had amenities like tea making facilities, a TV, hair dryer etc.
The room heating was superb and was really helpful in December cold weather.
WiFi was good.
Breakfast was okay, not the best.
Staff was friendly.
Free storage of luggage before check-in and after checkout.
Metro station in a 700m walking distance.
Negative side:
We had the room 10 and it was just by the road. I mean the window opens to the roadside. So it was bit noisy.

A very cozy little hotel with okay beds and a fine breakfast buffet with quite a nice selection.
But we were there in December and the room was very cold. The windows were simply not insulated well enough. The cold rushed in through the windows.
There was a HUGE step up to the bathroom. We talked about how it would have been a problem if you were an elderly person who had some walking issues.
In addition - and this was the worst - you could hear the drain pipe from the toilet upstairs. Every time someone pulled out it sounded like there was a freight train going by (it made a lot of noise).
One last thing we were very disturbed by was the noise of a child running back and forth across the floor of the apartment above our room. It was very noisy early in the morning.

Rooms are small, but clean.
Avoid those in the courtyard at all costs: they are so poorly sealed that the temperature in the room does not go above 14°C. Horror.
Unmotivated staff at the reception.
