Good clean place for 1 or 2 overnights for work in this area. Early morning can be veey loud due to truck traffic in front of the hotel. Close the windows before sleeping. Very nice and polite staff.

Um bom hotel na área comercial. Tem quartos e casas de banho agradáveis. É muito moderno, parece ser novo ou acaba de ser renovado. O que eu gostei em particular, que corre como uma parede do banheiro quase ao lado da cama e só mais longe é uma janela. Como resultado, ficou automaticamente escuro. Então eu durmo melhor porque raramente uma cortina é completamente opaca ou até mesmo nenhuma luz pode passar. Você não pode realmente definir a temperatura ambiente, não como um radiador. Mas a sala estava realmente quente. Especialmente em hotéis modernos, tenho a sensação de que você só pode resfriar a ventilação, mas não o calor.

Un buen hotel en la zona comercial. Cuenta con lindas habitaciones y baños. Es muy moderno, parece nuevo o acaba de ser renovado. Lo que me gustó en particular, que corre como una pared desde el baño casi al lado de la cama y solo más lejos hay una ventana. Como resultado, se oscureció automáticamente. Así que duermo mejor porque rara vez una cortina es completamente opaca o incluso no puede pasar la luz. Realmente no puede ajustar la temperatura ambiente usted mismo, no como un radiador. Pero la habitación estaba realmente cálida. Especialmente en los hoteles modernos, tengo la sensación de que solo se puede enfriar por la ventilación pero no realmente por el calor.

New hotel, opened on the 5th of November. Perfect for a business traveler. It's situated a 10-minute walk from an S-Bahn line and is 25 minutes car ride from the Stuttgart airport (without traffic).It is having some teething issues as they're getting things figured out; and it is far from perfect. That said, I spoke at length one evening with one of the owners and her mother. They were both very courteous, happy to help, and took my suggestions quite seriously. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to get to know all of their guests.Due to it's removed proximity from Stuttgart city center, I would not stay here for vacation. If I were to come back to Böblingen for work, I would quickly stay again at V Boutique Hotel.

A very nice and cozy hotel. Well situated for a business traveller. Opened just recently. Nice spacious room, very clean and nicely furnished (I loved the modern pictures). It is located very close to major connecting roads to both Boeblingen and Sindelfingen as well as the autobahn (15 Minutes in the late evening from the airport). Convenient parking. Breakfast was great (excellent coffee, fresh fruits and fresh baked breads). Very friendly English speaking staff which helped find places to visit and eat out for dinner. Looking forward to my next visit early next year.

This hotel is located in the industrial zone and was so overpriced at almost double the price of the Mercure and that didn't include breakfast. The room was very bland, cramped and lacking in basic facilities. Its designed to look good in pictures but the reality is like staying in a soulless office. No comforts provided, no proper pillows, cheap bedding, no english TV, no carpet and not even shampoo or towel rails/hooks. I found my stay rather depressing. There wasn't even a do not disturb sign provided so the cleaning staff burst into our room at 7am. If you need to stay in the industrial zone I would stay somewhere else. This was a last resort as everywhere else was booked up because of a conference. I've never written a review for a hotel before but felt i should share my experience.
