Modelo de hotel "residencial", com micro-ondas, geladeira e fogão, o que permite cozinhar. Talvez as pessoas estranhem por ter de retirar o lixo e não existir serviço de quarto regular. Porém acredito que o maior problema é a distância do centro histórico (4km) e da estação (1km com subida).

Boa estadia no Zenitude com pessoal agradável. Hotel localizado perto de shopping centers, mas um pouco longe do Lago Annecy, então você tem que pegar o carro (cerca de 10 minutos). Quarto limpo e bem decorado. Pequenos pontos negativos: cheiro de cigarros nos corredores, sem isolamento acústico nos quartos, nosso quarto foi limpo apenas uma vez durante a nossa estadia de 6 noites, e espaço de estacionamento muito apertado.

room ok, all good .BUT when i ask if bed textile are in 100% cotton and they say yes at first and at the end i have eczema on my full body at the end ...BCS nop , not 100% cotton at all. TYVM. you must take care of your customers and not lie .

It's an odd hotel with a mix of short stays and what feels like public housing. It's not convenient to anything.

The staff are nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is not in city center, but very accessible with car(parking with extra fee), if not it is 25/30min walk from down town. For the price/ quality, it is correct and you have a tiny kitchenette if you feel like making your own meal. For a budget stay i would recommande this.

When the worldwide pandemic hit and the Annecy Animation festival was cancelled, we received refunds from our airline and the festival. The hotel, however, refused to refund our reservation costs. After multiple emails we were told we could get a credit to use in the next few months despite the fact that (a) there is no animation festival to attend and (b) we have no way to know when it will be safe to travel. I will not be booking with this hotel again.

A very comfortable nights sleep in a well equipped and spacious apartment. It's a little tired (which is why it's 3*), but a perfect stop-over on the way to a ski trip.

Where should I begin? First of all, little to no room service. There’s no room service sign to place on my doorknob, meaning that the staff cleans the rooms whenever they feel like it. Secondly, the breakfast variety is very poor and comes in small portions. Some of the staff (not all of it) accused my friends and I of knocking on random rooms. They accused many others of making noise, etc when in reality they were just going bu the hallway. They took photos of us and threatened to call the police.Not recommending this hotel to anyone. Try to find better alternatives instead of living in the prison.

Cualquier habitación de hotel es más grande que éste apartamento con cocina... La cama, te meneas y parece que se esta hundiendo el Titanic.... Si lo que quieres es ir a Annecy hay que coger coche si o si... Para uno o dos días pasable.

The rooms are quite small considering that it is not just a bedroom but also a living room with kitchen. It is well equipped though and the WiFi is surprisingly good. The location is not the best if you're interested in sightseeing. Besides, the nearest bus stop is about 500 meters away. My room was facing the highway and there was no air-conditioning, so it got really noisy when I opened the window looking for some fresh air. And my neighbors were constantly smoking out of their window. Overall, not bad for the price but totally not for tourists or romantic weekend escapes

El dia 21 me presento en el hotel zenitude sobre las 11 de la mañana y me dicen que hasta las 16h no podré acceder a mi reserva pues estan limpiando.vuelvo a las 16:30h y cual es mi sorpresa al entrar a la hanitacion que esta muy sucia ,incluso con telas de araña por detras de las cortinas. Bajo a reclamar que me cambien de habitación y me dan otra que está igual o mas sucia que la anterior. Cansada del viaje no dudo en reclamar que me den mi dinero que me busco otro hotel y me costó dos horas en recepción pidiendo que me hagan el abono.Os rexo.iendo no pisar ese hotel dada su deficiente limpieza.
