Our room was clean and updated. It was quiet providing a good night sleep Bed was a little firm for my taste.

beds were very soft and comfortable. The window blinds were very comfortably private and dark. It was maintained well. Halls and lobby were clean, no cleaning of rooms while in them. The 10% for the nearby Tavern was great; it was the best place eatery! They'd closed the pool. It was convenient to shopping at the outlet, but a little drive to anything else "Asheville" relative.

the breakfast was great Room 1-old and dirty carpet, fingernail polish flakes on the floor. The sofa was dirty & saggy, paint on the doors was all scratched and chipped. Room 2- had new flooring, the mini fridge and microwave sitting on the floor in corner, bath floor dirty.

The room was clean and the location was excellent. Free internet. It had a pool but it was tiny. It had free breakfast which was tasty. Parking was tough - minimal parking spaces and very small lot. The curtains in the room didn't close all the way. Had to buy and use clothes pins for this. There is not enough seating for breakfast. The mattresses need to be replaced.

Clean room, great staff and convenience. Also has a major breakfast with great staff assistance if needed. Not one thing, it was great experience and I will definitely stay there again if I need a room in Asheville.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was cozy and clean, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. There were several options for breakfast, and different options were offered each day. Our room and bath were very clean. Our housekeeper, Tina, did a nice job. The traffic light near the hotel entrance made it difficult to exit the parking lot.
