What can I say ! Absolutely brilliant stay. Good nights sleep, comfortable and very clean. Staff are very accommodating and friendly and lovely breakfast. I would highly recommend this place. The nicest staff I've ever met and a great breakfast.

Nice Place, old fashioned and typically english. Clean and Quit. The location were great, near London Heuston. Breakfast were good as well.

Un gran hotel señorial de vacaciones. Se encuentra en el sitio histórico de Crescent Moon, con hermosos paisajes de la antigua ciudad romana y el estilo británico. El personal de servicio está profesionalmente calificado. Las suites tipo loft ofrecen vistas inigualables. Estar en el SPA parece volver al tiempo de ocio clásico del pasado. Really good considering the price. Staff are very friendly helpful compared to other budget accommodation in London. Be warned there are no elevators so expect climbing many stairs if you have a room on one of the higher floors

Room was tiny, bed was not a double bed but two single beds pushed together. Bathroom was too small, shower cubicle was too small as the curtain stuck to you. Breakfast wasn't worth the money. Also seeing a mouse trap in the breakfast room doesn't give off a good impression. Reception office seemed to busy on there phones to give a good customer service. Overall I felt that it isn't worth the money.
