Worst food ever..very less choice with no taste..they have precooked meals in very Small quantity..they just heat and serve..0 value for money..

I was in the hotel for 3 nights that were supposed to be relaxing after work but unfortunately it was the worst experience in a hotel although the covid restrictions that we tried to understand ( the rooms weren't cleaned in daily basis and the food was served as room service only...) But the quality and the choice of food especially was catastrophic no taste at all and no variety of choice( for someone Vigan or with no alcohol regime ..) and most of the time many items on the cart were unavailable !! The only positive point that is worth mentioning is the stuff who were welcoming and nice

While the rooms are comfy, it has the worse service in the world, it had very nice food on our first nice, until they decided it's too much work to offer proper food for other dayas and provided an "unhappy" box of food to everyone, that you can make no choice.

Was so-so, it's clear that someone in accounting with a clipboard was shaving pennies off... I had a two room suite, and it was more minimal than economy at any other chain. One bar of soap, two bins (so no bin in the bedroom), one bathrobe... Not enough towels - had to use a wet towel in the morning. Three coffees, two of which were decaf... For a space that theoretically accommodates 4, even two people struggled. Furnishings are garish red, hard to look at the sofa without burning my retnas. Food from the restaurant was also provided in plastic containers and disposable cutlery...why?? One meal was hot, the other completely cold... And tasteless. Staff were friendly, worth noting... at least that was a pleasant surprise for this region and its reputation.
