Food buffet for breakfast and dinner was just amazing. If you want to have a romantic candle light dinner, they will arrange that too ! Rooms have amazing view of Shimla. The sunrise and sunsets are the best views. Service is great too We can have food outside which has a beautiful view. I will definitely recommend this resort for stay. Located in midst of city, it's pretty much surrounded by shops, hotels, lots of people.Resort particularly doesn't describe the place. It's more like a hotel.Rooms seem small as per the price tag, however comfortable and centrally heated.Food is decent. Views are good.However behaviour and response from staff was found to be grossly inadequate.Better to choose a forest resort or a resort far from city center while visiting Shimla. I really liked the hotel. Below are few of the points which I really liked and minor things which can be improved a little.* The staff was really good and cooperative. * Plenty of good choices in breakfast buffet and taste of the food was amazing. * Ordered few items in the room and they were also amazing and service was quite fast. * Ambiance of the hotel too good, specially the reception area.Below few thing which needs to be improved. * I could see minor visible seepage in the room. This needs to be fixed. * Rooms were not cleaned properly specially the carpet near window. Eu realmente gostei do hotel. Abaixo estão alguns dos pontos que eu realmente gostei e pequenas coisas que podem ser melhoradas um pouco.* A equipe foi muito boa e cooperativa. * Muitas boas opções no buffet de café da manhã e o sabor da comida era incrível. * Pedi alguns itens no quarto e eles também foram incríveis e o serviço foi bastante rápido. * Ambiente do hotel muito bom, principalmente a área da recepção.Abaixo algumas coisas que precisam ser melhoradas. * Eu pude ver uma pequena infiltração visível na sala. Stayed in premium room. Rooms are clean and medium in size. Room Service and housekeeping are very fast and good. Staffs are courteous. Foods are average in taste. Quantity sufficient. Good views from rooftop restaurants. Mall road around 10-15 mins by car based on traffic and road conditions. Se Hospedaram no quarto premium. Os quartos são limpos e de tamanho médio. The staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous. The food is good and you can chose from wide variety of options. The buffet breakfast was a mess, with most of the items vanishing from buffet table and no sign of replenishment. I recommend in room service. Overall, a good place for a short stay. Este resort é definitivamente um dos melhores com excelente vista para o vale e arredores. Os quartos estão localizados em vários níveis. O serviço é bom e ágil. A equipe é excepcionalmente atenciosa e cortês. A comida é boa e você pode escolher entre uma grande variedade de opções.
