Had a great experience at this hotel. All staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. This was my first visit to NYC, so I wasn't sure if the fact that there were no full length mirrors in the rooms, lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best and they didn't have an iron in the room was something along the norm in NYC hotels. I had two oatmeal raisin cookies placed on my nightstand each night which was a very nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as well, and I appreciated the dimmer lights throughout the room. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visited NYC.

The room itself was great, and the hotel is really nice. My review is based on the customer service issues that I have had both during and after my stay. The fees they hold on your account during your stay are astronomical. I had to dispute a minibar charge, as I had never touched the minibar. Additionally, I asked about car service and if the cost was round trip, and was told "I was all set." Then 2 weeks after my trip, I am charged twice for car service, which completely messes up my bank account. I will not be staying here again, and do not recommend it for anyone who desires for the hotel to be upfront with you.

Great hotel in he Lower East Side. Near skatepark. Lots of good food and shopping all within a short walking distance. Easy car or train access to Manhattan and travel to Brooklyn. Bridge nearby. Walking path nearby. Great sunsets. Nice downtown evening view. Clean rooms. Bathroom was well appointed. Service was excellent.

Nice room with an amazing view. The comfortable bed was perfect after our long exhausting days. Good location, there is a metro station near by. Friendly staff.

Nice decor. Awesome vibes. Staff were friendly and helpful.
However, we had a small issue with our steamer in our room. They did the best the could to fix it. But alas, it was unrepairable. Fortunately, they were able to rectify it, 3 nights before our check out time by moving us to a new room. And a nice one it was. We got a very hefty upgrade from our original room.
I will definitely be coming back
