Wasn’t clean at all. There were black spots everywhere on the walls. There were insects in the BEDS, we all got bitten by them. No joke!
My neck was red! There was a huge dot on the couch.
We booked for 2 nights and for the 2nd day, we booked a room in the Hilton near Central Station. Way better!!!
Wasn’t satisfied at all, this is worth a 0 star aparthotel (can’t put 0 star, minimum is 1 star). I definitely don’t recommend this aparthotel.

Really good location, a bit noisy, but you must know you are in the center. Quid pro quo... Nevertheless, I was really satisfied with the Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds. Be aware, there's a 30EUR extra when arriving after 10PM !

The apartments are close to Grand Place, Manneken Pis, Museums, Bars and discotheques. I love the flower carpet at the Grand Place ! It is so unusual to see. The staffs are very friendly and organised. Finally, I really appreciated the stay in this apartments, thanks to the location, facilities, and free Wi-Fi with HD TV channels. I will return probably next year !

Cheap but noisy and no water pressure. Large appartment with all the basic facilities, although the fridge was turned off so no good if arriving with cold food. 2 single beds with single mattresses and single duvets pushed together and called a double. Right opposite busy pedestrian street so people making noise until very late then cleaners come before 6am. Water pressure in shower was particularly bad. Not enough to rinse out shampoo if you had long hair. On a positive the place was easy to find and check in was good with friendly staff.

Apartments are really nice, big and have new modern furniture. Apartments are close to the center, but they are located in tiny narrow streets, so it's not easy to find. Also they let me check in 2 hours early, and that was great!

We intended to visit the city and the hotel the last Saturday (21.11.2015) and i had booked a room for 4 adults and 1 child.
At the day of our arrival we saw in the news that the situation in the city was extreme dangerous, with soldiers on the streets hunting terrorists, tourists trapped in their hotels and all the restaurants, cafes and shops closed.
We called the hotel to cancel our reservation but they wouldn't accept it. Instead of that they offered us the opportunity to select another date to visit the hotel. In order not to lose our money we accepted, although we weren't sure that we can manage it and only then they told us that we had to pay extra money for the second booking.
I find it simply unacceptable that under these circumstances our request to cancel our reservation wouldn't be accepted.
