Passei 20 dias neste hotel e não tive uma boa experiência. Único ponto positivo é o atendimento, os funcionários são bem prestativos e educados. Tive problemas com chuveiro, a água varia bastante, vindo muito quente e muito gelada e um dia não tinha água quente. O boxe do banheiro nãofechava direito, deixando o banheirocheio de água. A internet é horrível, instável e lenta. O café da manhã tem duas opções de comida, misto ou ovos e três opções de suco, mais café com leite. Em um dado dia, o hotel foi local de gravação de uma novela, o barulho era insuportável, sem contar a bagunça pelos corredores.

Un excelente lugar aunque con pequeños detalles por mejorar como las batas (muy pequeñas). La habitación con jacuzzi estuvo excelente y el desayuno ni que decir. Volvería sin duda

La habitación está un poco fría, pero está limpia y las camas son cómodas. Hay que resaltar que el área en donde está ubicado el hotel no es nada segura. Así que si vas de turismo varios días, Hotel Limaq no es una buena opción. La ubicación es muy conveniente únicamente para llegar al aeropuerto, es decir si solo transbordas en Lima (como fue mi caso).Lo que lo arruinó para mí, fue el servicio al cliente al momento de llegar al hotel. El señor del turno nocturno de recepción no fue nada agradable ni servicial - que es lo mínimo que esperas en la industria de turismo. Ni él, ni el bellboy nos ayudaron a subir las maletas por las escaleras (a pesar de que el elevador estaba fuera de servicio). También pedimos ayuda para pedir algo de cenar y no nos ayudaron (hasta nos dio un poco de risa).Fue una mala primera impresión de Perú, pero salimos la mañana siguiente de ahí y todo mejoró.

Very close to airport which is why we stayed. Nice hotel, prompt service. Rooms were quiet. Airport shuttle was more expensive than Uber. Breakfast buffet was great and started at 4:30am which was so nice for early travels. Would recommend.

Un excelente lugar para hospedarse, los precios son bastante buenos, el desayuno variado y muy rico. El servicio también es muy bueno y te asesoran sobre cualquier duda que se tenga. La ubicación también es muy buena, cerca al aeropuerto y la zona muy comercial, con variedad de lugares para visitar, y en el interior no se oye ruidos externos.

The hotel is clean, fresh and new, with clean rooms. The ladies (both that I have spoken to) are not helpful at all and behave as if they would rather be somewhere else.The mini fridge in the room sounds like a steam engine and silencing it results in wet feet the next morning; not very practical for a service I didn't use.Which brings us neatly to the price. Nearly 100 USD for a double room for a night is way too much and makes me think the reception staff behaves like they do because they are underpaid...Okay if you are in a pinch, but I wouldn't be staying here otherwise.

The hotel staff at the front desk is very helpful.
Rooms are clean, cold, smell funny, and the heating doesn't really work.
For breakfast the waiter didn't really speak English. He gave us a menu but didn't let us order from it. He only gave us two options, eggs or a sandwich. I tried to pick something else from menu but he ignored it. Not sure if it was a language thing but it was strange

Shockingly wonderful and incredibly clean! Staff is better then in any hotel I have stayed at including the prestigious JW Marriott in Lima. Neiborhood is safe and there is a few restaurants and convenience stores including a large shopping mall within walking distance. 6 minutes from the airport! Do yourself a favor and stay here if you need something close to the airport.

Knew I was going to have a 12 hour layover and pre-booked this place because of the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed.Taxi service from the airport was $13 total for 2 people and took maybe 10-15 minutes to get here. Driver knew exactly where he was going as soon as I showed him the name.The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had somebody standing at the door when the taxi arrived. Someone else came from inside and grabbed all our bags. Check-in was quick, and the desk clerk was also extremely polite. Someone showed us to our room and brought our bags up for us. Thoroughly impressed with the staff.The room isn't gigantic, but it's perfect for what you need if you're looking to stay close to the airport. Extremely clean. The bed is comfortable. They have American channels on the TV.Wifi is plenty fast, reliable, and easy to access. American plugs for our computer and cell phones worked without needing an adapter. AC in the room worked great.I was expecting a European sized hotel bathroom based on the room size, but was pleasantly surprised. The bathroom has plenty of room, is extremely clean and modern, and the shower is quite large. Definitely different from Europe.[Update:This was the best shower I had during my entire Peruvian trip.Water pressure was great.Water was hot and stayed hot as long as I wanted.Best hotel shower I've had in a long while.]The breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but it was also great.It's not a buffet style.They have a person that works the dining area and treats it like he's your waiter at a restaurant.He gave us breakfast options, and brought out our coffee, juice, fruit, fruit juice, bread, and finally the breakfast entree, which for us was a breakfast panini.The surrounding area doesn't look like it's the best neighborhood, but never once did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe. In fact, we felt extremely well taken care of. For the price and proximity to the airport, you can't beat this place.The only "issue" if you want to call it that is that you can hear the horns from cars on the main road up the block. I'm not sure this can be helped though, as I suspect it's just a part of staying in Lima. It wouldn't deter me from staying here again.[Update 2:We had another long layover on our way out of Lima.We went to Miraflores, shopped, ate, and just hung out by the Pacific.We regretted not checking into Hotel Limaq again.We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Lima.]
