Quartos com camas muito confortáveis, espaço agradável, banheiro limpo, bonito hall e corredores, bom café da manhã. Pontos negativos: insonorização dos quartos não é boa o bastante para o nível de ruido da rua, o chuveiro fica, em alguns quartos como o meu, por cima da banheira (desconfortável e perigoso), dentre outros pecados menores que não deviam comprometer uma estadia confortável. O preço alto regula seus congêneres de Bruxelas

Had an amazing stay at the Radisson Collection in Brussels! Check in went smoothly and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything from the extra touches like the macaroons they left us because it was our honeymoon, to how quickly we recieved more tea to the room on request was all great. The rooms are perfect. Modern and spacious with everything you need. Loved the comfy bed and the Nespresso machine. The rain shower at the press of a button was amazing too. Location wise you can't ask for a more central spot. Almost all the main sights near Grand Place are 5-10 minutes away. Especially if you only have a day or two in Brussels this is ideal. Definitely hope to return one day as it was the perfect hotel for us.

Altogether comfortable and providing a good quality of service. Somewhat expensive, however. I would rate higher if the price point were lower. Also, they have an underground parking that a tad difficult to get into, so it may not suit bigger cars.

Absolutely a good hotel to stay in. Excellent location close to everything. Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, comfy and quiet. Parking lot was a bit small, quite difficult to get through with a big car, but it's better & safer than to park your car on the street. If you want to stay in a good hotel close by everything, I highly recommending this place to you.

What a joy to be back at this city & business hotel and experience the successful refurbishment and upgraded staff! In particular, I congratulate the hotel for their choice of General Manager who's newly appointed and who obviously has a very good eye for details. We stayed for 4 nights and tried out some of the facilities, like the executive lounge - a great addition. The breakfast was a highlight indeed, presented with elegance and personal attention to details. I wish I had more time to spend in-house, but know I will be back sometime later, so rest assured, all facilities and services will be tested in time. 😊

A 50 m de la Gran Place. Personal amabilisimo, hablan español. Desayuno espectacular. Habitación muy cómoda, baño con todos los productos salvo cepillo de dientes que solicitas en recepción y te lo suben sin problema. Plancha y secador muy buenos. Altamente recomendable.

Hemos estado en 2 habitaciones diferentes. En la segunda planta, espectacular. En la séptima, que nos tocó la segunda vez, mal; varias bombillas fundidas, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, y se notaba que la habitación era como más vieja. Cosas que no deben descuidar. El resto muy bien.
