It's Amazing place for stay. I went for a staycation a nice spa day. The spa was incredible. The massages felt like they gave me years of life back. Room service, staff behaviour was prompt and so professional. Highly recommend for a nice getaway. We certainly will be coming back. 😃

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a five-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and attended to my every need. The lobby was beautifully decorated, with plush sofas and elegant lighting that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly furnished with high-quality linens and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large and luxurious, with a deep soaking tub and rain shower that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The spa was an oasis of tranquility, with a wide range of treatments and services that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The fitness center was well-equipped and spacious, with state-of-the-art equipment that made my workouts enjoyable and effective. The hotel's restaurants and bars were exceptional, with a diverse range of cuisines and flavors that catered to every palate. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order dishes that were simply delicious.

This is the best American chain hotel in Lima! I have stayed multiple of times in this Fabulous place. From the service, food, and elite treatment this is a place I will continue to stay. Very professionalism and A+ hospitality. From Doris and Diego, and all the great staff in the hotel. Thank you Westin Lima! You guys rock! The bedroom was fantastic! Clean, very spacious, and lots of amenities. Bath and basins were partially visible from the bedroom (see photo) but shower and toilet were hidden. There was also a separate walk-in wardrobe (or dressing room) with a safe. The hotel is 45mins to an hour's drive from the airport and is located in San Isidro with a main shopping area close by. Had catering for a very large group. The food and services was good

Cuando llegamos tuvimos la sorpresa de obtener un upgrade de habitación sin siquiera solicitarlo.... DETALLAZO! ... Pero en la habitación encontramos un hueso de pollo viejo pegado a las cortinas, lo resolvieron y nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación pero estábamos bien en esta, la vista era increíble! En el baño el inodoro tenía un olor raro pero nofue para tanto; en la noche fuimos a cenar y ordenamos un lomo a la parrilla que estuvo muy bueno y un ceviche que no estuvo nada bien; trataron de solucionarlo pero el intento no resultó como debía, nos ofrecieron las bebidas porsu parte y retiraron el ceviche de la cuenta, algo obvio pero perfecto que se haga. En conclusión, la habitación era un increíble y el servicio del personal también , lo malo que puede haber sucedido se ve opacado por todo lo bueno!Sería lindo regresar .

La relación calidad precio no se refleja con la habitación. Siendo esta muy estándar. La cama muy poco cómoda. Almorcé en su restaurante Maras y la atención nada de lo que esperas en un hotel como Westin y la comida sonaba más rica de lo que fue. Para colmo, la mitad de la carta no estaba disponible.

Excelente Hotel! Atendimento simplesmente fantástico, staffs extremamente educados e solícitos! O café da manhã é surpreendente e tem opções sem glúten. Localização com fácil acesso a pé a mecardos e lojas. Apesar do trânsito caótico de Lima, é possível pegar um táxi (na porta do hotel com pagamento em cartão de crédito) e chegar em 20 min ao Mercado Inca e Largomar. Para os preguiçosos ou apressados, o hotel possui um dos restaurantes mais renomados da cidade, o Maras.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful, clean, and the stay is amazing. They really go out of their way to make you feel like you are a VIP. One of my favorite hotels. - Check in - I arrived and was in a rush to check in as I had dinner plans. The lady checking me in noticed that I was in a rush by my demeanor and started typing faster than I thought was possible. Was very pleasant to get checked in so quickly. - Hotel - Its a gorgeous property and contains bars, restaurants, shops, and a very gym. I didn't check out the spa area. - Location - I didn't get much of a chance to explore the area. - Service - I think this is really where they shine. From helping with restaurant reservations, car service, or just basic interactions, they are super friendly and really try to make you feel special. - Check out - Super smooth - There was a charge for 3 drinks on my bill that weren't mine, and they removed it without a big discussion. Love it. - Complaints - I really don't have any.

I went there for drinks, thinking that because it is a high story building, the Hotel would have a bar at the top floor, but no, the bar is by the Lobby area and not inviting to relax amongst friends. How disappointing!! Needless to say we took off and went to a smaller place but much more inviting to have plenty of drinks and snacks. The Hotel would benefit by opening a bar spot on the top floor!

Had a quick one-night stay. Arrived late, yet the service was impecable and I was able to have a late night dinner. The room had great space and attention to details in service of your stay and relaxation. Finally, the breakfast was very good, and not particularly overcrowded.

If your not afraid of heights take level 24, also it view was to pardo what was funny to see for a night, the bar serving down could be bit better. Comment cheese ham tequeños are not nice in my opinion, just do cheese and little less filling. and room service great. Bed great.

Great hotel. Clean and modern. The executive rooms are well designed and spacious. They have access to the club lounge where breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be served. They also have transport service for pick up and drop from and to the airport.
